What do you guys prefer with the pre game chat?

Ok about the pre game chatting in character thread, what do you guys prefer, to continue with it as it is, just random talking or to have a little mini plot while we wait for the others to get ready to start the main game?

Well I have a little idea for a mini plot.

Either is fine with me - we can have a short plot or just chat. I'm enjoying getting used to my character and how he feels/interacts with the others. But if you've got an idea then that sounds good, too ^_^

Well the plot will be simple as there will not be time for anything elaborate for a few days but I have a few ideas.

Sounds good! I assume the tass at the node is already formed, and they're going to pick it up? Or his mentor has left them something to help collect it, since Adley's got a max Prime 2 for now. Or someone else has Prime 3 (sorry I can't recall).

Yes it is formed and can be fished out of the water of the well. Yes there are others who have Prime tree but it will not be needed.

I personally prefer random talk so we get to 'feel' our characters in different situations.

It will probably be a little of both as off course since it is only two players we are waiting for chances are it will not take to long and I want something that can then transition into the main plot. However when I GM I usually have allot of well talk and just scenes from a character's life in between the story elements for that makes me at least feel stronger for the characters, yes you have this guy here who can throw fireballs, but he also enjoy movies, friends and have a job to go to, but adding in those elements a character for me springs more to life.
