Friday:
Tane nodded at Amadeus and turned to Bae You're a blessing, don't thank me. Tell me when you are ready to sleep, ok? He said.

Saturday:
Tane took the body unceremonously and placed it in the trunk, before going to the medical kit. There, he looked for the drugs to make the guy sleep.

Friday:

Beatrice gave you a sad smile.
"I am...Fallen...not a blessing..."
She managed tears welling up in her eyes.
"I am tired..."
She muttered softly.
"But it hurts to much to sleep."
She said but her eyes glided closed.
"I will make that tea."
Amadeus said and put his plate aside and walked towards the kitchen.
"Can you watch over Bee for a few minutes?"

Saturday:

You find a bottle of Midazolam and a syringe, that would probably get the prisoner to sleep but the question was the dosage.

Colin nodded, "It's not a good day for the Eaters of the Weak... And yes, Diego is a bit of an idiot. I can easily see why his Mentor prefers the company of a giant polyp to her own Apprentice; less unpleasant personality by far..."
He signed and wiped her tears again as she nibbled on her muffin, "Oh, I believe he cared for you... in his own way, at least. But surely, there were others who cared for you as well?"
He pondered, "Actually, I can to an extent imagine Oblivion... No pain, no cold, no hate, no fear... but no comfort, warmth, love or delight, either. Look at my face, sweetie; all the pain I've been through, all the assorted unpleasantness, the suffering I've seen and regretted inflicting, and still, there's so much joy in life... I still want to live, to experience more. All the hurt makes the joy all the greater by comparison; it's the small price for being alive. And I can't accept that one group decides to deny the whole world the option to live their lives to the fullest."
He sighed, "Precisely how big a chance... I don't know. But, magnitudes better than if you had been uninjured. Your internal damage has been healed, which apparently means healing it again will be downright impossible, which in turn means you'll be needing extensive bedrest before you're fit to travel much... So, relatively good, I think."
He gave Joe a quick nod, "Right, if you'll go let the Chief know, we'll guard the girl. Not sure if opening the door will automatically end the cloak, but I wouldn't be surprised. In any case, we're behind the wards, so... Tell the Chief I recommend somewhere like the infirmary for now."

"The phone is turned on an putted into the box under the seat so everything should be ready." Tyler said. "Very well text me when all is done."

"I'll call you, so I can tell you where to send Karl. Drive safe," he said, and waited to hear if she had anything else to say before hanging up. Relaying to Master Harris was the next step, calling him as he had before. Then letting Kristina know he was nearly ready to go...the Chief's sentinel was probably waiting, or would be soon. He rubbed a hand across the bridge of his nose. Logistics were a pain in the ass. Necessary, but still...

Colin:

Colin nodded, "It's not a good day for the Eaters of the Weak... And yes, Diego is a bit of an idiot. I can easily see why his Mentor prefers the company of a giant polyp to her own Apprentice; less unpleasant personality by far..."

"No...it have not been a good day."
The girl agreed.
"Our ships are magnificent, they are so cute why would someone not like being on them?"
She asked sounding confused.

He signed and wiped her tears again as she nibbled on her muffin, "Oh, I believe he cared for you... in his own way, at least. But surely, there were others who cared for you as well?"

"I don't know...Tian maybe, the rest...are more concerned with what I can do. I am good with counter magick and so useful to defend the Labyrinth."
She muttered sadly.

"No...that is not what nothingness is."
The girl said as she looked at your face.
"I am Resonated towards Entropy yes, so I find your scars and the suffering behind them to be beautiful, but that is not what we are seeking, pain or an end to it...how to explain...ah yes."
The young Nephandus took another muffin and held it up.
"This muffin exist, but once it was just flour and other ingredients, once the Dynamic will to create something with it was enacted on that flour and it was combined with those ingredients it became a muffin, but now it can not be anything else, it is given form, shape and existence. What we want to do is to return the world to a bag of flour, nothing is created with it, but everything have the possibility to be created, and yet nothing ever will or ever has."
She said then she sigh.
"But I guess in a way I can understand someone being angry at us trying to bring the whole world down that path, some among us like Tian only want such an Ascension or Desencion I guess you would say, for himself, not for others..."
The girl muttered.

The girl smiles a little at that and relaxes a bit more something that make her breathing better.
"I will get to use magick again?"
She asked hopefully.
"It is all that I am..."

Joe nodded.
"Very well, I will not be long, we should be rather safe though as we are at Morningstar."
He said and gave the girl another regretful look before he left the car and went to rapport to Chief Joakim.

Adley:

"I'll call you, so I can tell you where to send Karl. Drive safe," he said, and waited to hear if she had anything else to say before hanging up.

"Thank you, you as well."
Tyler said before the call ended.

Relaying to Master Harris was the next step, calling him as he had before.

You sent the message that Harris had asked for to be told all was ready and about a minute later you get a reply from him.
"I have the papers safely in the computer room."

Devon:

"and hope they are right?" devon asks

"Yeah and hope they are right, but after some of what have happened lately...I am not so sure they always are..."
Dion said and sigh.
"But we need to do something to deal with the Fallen."

Tane:

Friday:

You're my blessing, baby. Belive me. You're something to fight for, you're hope. And you're not fallen, you're going back from where you came, walking back to the light. You know that. He said as he left the plate and caressed her hair softly.

Beatrice gave a weak smile.
"So you believe it is possible..."
She said about the prospect of cleansing herself.
"I...wonder how he...looked before...he Fell..."
She muttered about her Avatar and closed her eyes weakly.
"My forest god..."

We'll help you sleep. Amadeus will give you a tea to sleep and help you stop the nightmares. he told her. We'll make you feel better.

Beatrice gave a weak smile again but was not strong enough to speak any more, she just lay there whimpering softly, completely exhausted. Amadeus quickly came back with the tea in a small, green cup.
"Ok let us get as much as possible of this into her."
He instructed.

Saturday:

How much Midazolam?

The alchemist looked up from the dead Nephandus which was starting to turn into salt and told you the correct amount.
"That should make him sleep for a while and make him less of a trouble for us."

"Well the Council of Nine, the Primi are human as well, for all their great, godlike powers they are human, and they make mistakes and one of those mistakes hurt a member of this Chantry badly...just a few fays ago."
Dion said and sigh.
"Then again, they are the ones in charge and we need some sort of order so I guess we have no choice but to trust them Mr Miles."

Colin grinned wryly, "Visiting your battlecruisers is one thing; they certainly are... spectacular. Being effectively locked in one for the rest of one's life as a Handler, though, mind-linked to the creature - that's got to get a little... strange over the years. Also, I suppose some people might object to seeing such a seemingly random assortment of sensory organs and genitalia so close to one another in the corridors..."
He nodded, "You are indeed talented with countermagic. I commend your ability - even if it did force my hand earlier today."
He frowned at the description of nothingness, "Everything reduced to pure potential... You know, that doesn't sound stable, really. Sounds to me as though if someone were to accomplish that, the world would merely be replaced by something less probable... and it seems there's reason to suspect this has already happened."
He smiled kindly, "It's possible you'll get to weave magic again... but you're saying you've never tried your hand at anything else? No hobbies like painting or writing or anything of the sort?"
He gave Joe a quick nod and unbuckled the girl's seatbelt, fetching the bag of muffins in one hand and gently lifting the girl into his arms, giving Adjan a nod, "Ah, mind getting the door for us? It's rather getting a little stuffy in the back here..."

Also, I suppose some people might object to seeing such a seemingly random assortment of sensory organs and genitalia so close to one another in the corridors..."

"You know about the Handlers? How do a Traditionalist know about that?"
The young Nephandus asked sounding surprised.
"No I would not want to be a Handler, but the ships are magnificent...as for the wall decorations, we have allot of that in the Labyrinth as well, to be quite honest I have never really understood that, I think it was a tradition started by someone who was real repressed who suddenly realized that if they had joined the Nephandi then the cat was out of the bag and so they decided to have penises everywhere..."
She grumbled.

He nodded, "You are indeed talented with countermagic. I commend your ability - even if it did force my hand earlier today."

The young Nephandus gave a grin pleased.
"Yeah I am good at it..."
She muttered then she sigh.
"You shot me..."
She muttered.
"Well I guess it is what happens in a war, it hurt though, it hurt allot."
She complained though she did seam to be rather accepting that it was something that happened in a combat situation and did not seam angry, afraid yes but not angry.

He frowned at the description of nothingness, "Everything reduced to pure potential... You know, that doesn't sound stable, really. Sounds to me as though if someone were to accomplish that, the world would merely be replaced by something less probable... and it seems there's reason to suspect this has already happened."

"Well the word Qliphoth comes from the Cabalistic belief in shards from earlier existences coming into contact with ours, so I guess it is possible, but if that happen I guess we can reach non existence again, or perhaps the new world will be better."
The girl muttered seaming thoughtful.
"Gabriel says that we must reach non existence though and my glass dragon want it."

He smiled kindly, "It's possible you'll get to weave magic again... but you're saying you've never tried your hand at anything else? No hobbies like painting or writing or anything of the sort?"

"I collect marbles..."
The girl said then she sigh.
"Other than that no, I read and study, train and put that training into practice, it is all I do, my Mentor is trying to make me as powerful as possible as soon as possible...though I have been sneaking in to Alberto's room at times and I played on his playstation...but Gabriel was not pleased when he found out."

He gave Joe a quick nod and unbuckled the girl's seatbelt, fetching the bag of muffins in one hand and gently lifting the girl into his arms, giving Adjan a nod, "Ah, mind getting the door for us? It's rather getting a little stuffy in the back here..."

Adjan nodded and opened the door for you. The girl was surprisingly light even if she was not as unhealthily skinny as many of the Fallen you had seen, as you lifted her out of the car though she winced and put her chained hands over her midsection and groaned, soon however something other than pain seamed to catch her attention.
"Ohh."
She muttered and you see that it was Granite that had caught her attention, the large gray cat was rolled up on the roof of an old, brown Ford, your arrival with the girl had disturbed his nap and he was now glancing in your direction with his yellow eyes.
"A cat..."
The girl muttered.

Once he got the word that the papers were safely in hand, he send Kristina a short message to ask her to meet him in the lobby if she was ready. Next, he had to call the vampire woman back, setting the candle up and telling them when to send Karl and his escort. If she had gotten to this lot in seven minutes give or take, then he tried to estimate a good amount of time to let their party get there first and set up. And finally, he put everything away and cleaned up after himself before he went to take the papers from the Adept and head to the lobby.

Once he got the word that the papers were safely in hand, he send Kristina a short message to ask her to meet him in the lobby if she was ready.

You get a reply back from Kristina.
"I am on my way down to the lobby."

Next, he had to call the vampire woman back, setting the candle up and telling them when to send Karl and his escort.

Tyler takes your call.
"It is I."
Once you tell her that she can send Karl and the ghoul she replies.
"Very well I am heading back and will tell them as soon as I am back, but where should I send them I still do not have an address."

If she had gotten to this lot in seven minutes give or take, then he tried to estimate a good amount of time to let their party get there first and set up. And finally, he put everything away and cleaned up after himself before he went to take the papers from the Adept and head to the lobby.

You think you should be able to get to the apartment Joakim have been taling about in five minutes by car, perhaps a little less if Kristina who knew the city where the one driving.

You get to the computer room. Hans stands and hands you a brown envelope that contained several papers.
"I opened the envelope to check that it just contained documents."
The Virtual Adept said.
"But I did not read the content as that is not my business...did you need the phone that came with the papers? For if not, to avoid anyone tracing it here I am planning on sending it to burner phone hell."
The Master of the Art gave a bit of a smile.
"Ah sorry, that is what my apprentice Joe call the pocket realm I have made to dispose of electronic devices I no longer need and do not want to be traced in."

Friday:

We manipulate reality. Anything is possible. he said. I bet he was brown and green, saplings for hair and bark for a skin. Well see. he said with a smile.

Beatrice smiles slightly as you describe your guess for how her Avatar might once have looked, she was to weak to speak more now but she did smile.

I'll follow you. he said, not sure how to do it if Bae couldn't cooperate.

"Help support her head."
Amadeus said before he sat down on the bed and placed the cup against his wounded apprentice's lips.
"Here child drink, it will do you good."
He said. Beatrice managed to get a bit of tea down, but not much, it did appear to be enough though as she closed her eyes and fell asleep. Amadeus gave a tired sigh.
"Hopefully she will rest for a while."
He whispered.

Saturday:

In process. Tane injected the guy with it, hoping everything would work out.

The Nephandus struggled a bit but he quickly closed his eyes and was still. You see that the Solificato crush the now completely calcified corpse under foot and it shattered into fine dust.
"That should take care of it, blood is not out of place on the ground here."
He said and winced from the Paradox his magick caused.
"Well then we should go and get the prisoner and...ehm..."
"Coawa..."
"Ah yes get Coawa some help."
He said and headed for the car again.

Colin grinned, "Would you believe me if I said I know thanks to magic? And yes, it does seem like someone decided the standard decor should be a random array of bits... Well, I suppose it's a way to gauge the mood of the Labyrinth or polyp..."
He sighed and nodded, "War is... unpleasant at best, yes. And in your case, it could all have been avoided if your partner had followed my recommendation... Hum, water under the bridge, I suppose."
He arched an eyebrow, "It might be inevitable, then again it might not... Depends on whether the world is a closed system or not. I'm having doubts as to that, myself... I wonder, though, did Gabriel tell you that your glass dragon wants nonexistence, or did it tell you?"
He smiled thinly, "All work and no play? Tsk, and playtime and relaxation is so important to learning, as well; I myself am a metalworker - it's excellent for keeping my eye for detail sharp, my touch delicate, and as an extra bonus, it makes it easier for me to make special tools and a modest profit as well... Collecting is a fine hobby, though - helps training the mind to sort things more easily."
He grimaced a little at the girl's discomfort, "Sorry... I didn't mean to hurt you there... Hm, I'd have thought Granite had gone to sleep by his master's side by now. He's a big sweetie, though I'm not sure whether he'll take to you right away, I'm afraid... Would you like to say hello to him?"

Colin grinned, "Would you believe me if I said I know thanks to magic? And yes, it does seem like someone decided the standard decor should be a random array of bits... Well, I suppose it's a way to gauge the mood of the Labyrinth or polyp..."

"Yes I would believe that. Magick can do anything."
The girl said and nodded.
"Well I guess some are very concerned with making our homes look like little hells, I find it to be rather gaudy if you ask me."

He sighed and nodded, "War is... unpleasant at best, yes. And in your case, it could all have been avoided if your partner had followed my recommendation... Hum, water under the bridge, I suppose."

"It is what it is...I have been fighting in this war for as long as I can remember, I knew I would eventually get hurt."
The girl said and shrugged.
"Barlow had to try to complete the task we had been given, that you would attack me with a gun instead of magick fucked things up, that was not his fault."

He arched an eyebrow, "It might be inevitable, then again it might not... Depends on whether the world is a closed system or not. I'm having doubts as to that, myself... I wonder, though, did Gabriel tell you that your glass dragon wants nonexistence, or did it tell you?"

"It have told me that it want non existence. I am Fallen you know...I have been in a Caul...it was..."
The girl stopped talking for a while her eyes getting a faraway look in them.
"Horrible, to be ripped apart in mind, body and soul and put back together again over a thousand years in a minute, but now it want everything to end...and Gabriel says that is good."

"It is a good job I guess...me I just do what my Mentor wants, it is always best to do what my Mentor want me to do and not make him angry as when I played with Alberto's games."
The girl said and sigh.

Collecting is a fine hobby, though - helps training the mind to sort things more easily."

"I just think they are pretty, and they say it was a game played with them once, but I have never played."
The young Nephandus muttered.

He grimaced a little at the girl's discomfort, "Sorry... I didn't mean to hurt you there...

"It is ok...it hurts to breath and when I move to much."
The girl said.
"But it is not to bad, the doctor gave me some pills."

Hm, I'd have thought Granite had gone to sleep by his master's side by now. He's a big sweetie, though I'm not sure whether he'll take to you right away, I'm afraid... Would you like to say hello to him?"

"His name is Granite?"
The girl said and looked at the cat.
"He do not look like granite he is so fluffy...yes I would like to pet him, the only cat I have ever seen in real life other than him is Mistress Abigail's familiar, I only go out of the labyrinth to accomplish some task."
She explained.

Friday:

Tane did so and soon beatrie was asleep. Now you finish your supper and got to sleep. Tane said.

Amadeus nodded he finished his plate of fish as he looked on his now sleeping apprentice.
"Very well, touch her forehead gently and speak softly to her if she gets uneasy in her sleep."
He said as he stood.
"And wake me if there is any problems."
He added then he started to walk out of the bedroom, just as he was about to leave the room he stopped and looked at Tane, studying him for a moment.
"You are a good man Tane, so are the other young men in my apprentice's Cabal, however I like you. Once Bee is better I will not oppose it if you wish to court her favor, forgive my prying but I have seen how you look at her."
He said rather straightforwardly.
"My apprentice love another, but that is a love that can never be allowed to be, you are a Dreamspeaker a fellow naturalist of a fine lineage, and you are kind and strong enough to protect her and keep her safe. I will not choose her partners for her, but nor will I stand in your way, if those will one day be your intentions."
He said softly not to wake Beatrice.
"Good evening Tane. Think about what I said."
He said and gave a bit of a smile before he went to the living room to sleep on the sofa.

Saturday:

OK then. tane loaded Coawa and his prisoner on the truck

Coawa managed to walk himself to the car and sat down in the front seat, you get the prisoner secured and the young alchemist's apprentice got into the drivers seat.

I'll remain here, i need some back up so Henrietta will stay, ok? That's the plan so far

"I would say watch out for her, after all she is only a hedge wizard, but Miss Day have thought me better."
The Solificato said.
"Let me know when you need to be picked up and I will come for your both and be careful, both of you."
He added and Henrietta gave a smile and nodded.
"I will watch your back Tane."
She said and nodded.

Colin grinned, "Gaudy is... a good word for it."
He gave the girl a small smile, "Well, I suppose since we were both there for the same thing, neither of us had much wiggle room... And really, with the skill you displayed in that corridor, I don't think there's anything I could have done magically, which means I was the one backed into a corner. It's an important lesson to remember - when someone is backed into a corner and offers you a chance to flee, they just might not be bluffing. It's... frightening, what one can do protect oneself and others."
He frowned and shook his head, "Ah, sorry; I'm an old soldier reminiscing a little... pay it no mind."
He arched an eyebrow, "So your Avatar wants everything to end after it went through a millennium of torture in the span of a minute... and you've never questioned whether that torment might have driven it a teensy bit insane?"
He nodded thoughtfully, "Gabriel was a strict teacher, hmm? Then again, he might have been partly right - there are certainly video games that are highly unsuitable for children. And bear in mind, I'm of the first generation to see home consoles - back before they started to put ratings on games. There were games made that were highly unsuitable for anyone."
He smiled, "I'm familiar with playing marbles... It's a simple game; a circle is drawn, a number of marbles are placed at the center, and each player in turn tries to flick a marble into the circle to knock the other marbles out. A lot like snooker or pool, actually. I think there was a similar concept in the late nineties... used a sort of cardboard chips, I think; it was called something like 'Pug', I believe..."
He nodded, carefully holding her so her midsection didn't move abruptly, and slowly moved over to the old Ford Granite was lying on, "Right, careful now; he's a clever gent, and I don't know how much he sees of what you are... Hello, Granite, you're up late, aren't you? I've got someone here who wants to pet you... if you don't mind?"
He carefully lifted the girl closer, keeping a very close look at her hands - this would probably serve as a good test of her personality; if she would try to hurt Granite, her chances would be shot...

Colin:

Colin grinned, "Gaudy is... a good word for it."

The girl smiles.
"Yeah...try living with it, when I grow up and get to decide my own decor there shall be no eyeballs or penises on my walls."
She declared then she got serious again and sigh.
"But I guess it is rather a matter of if I grow up at this point right?"

"Yes, I had hoped the damned Etherite, well in a literal sense of the word actually, would be quick enough to act to defend me."
The girl muttered.
"Point taken in any sense, but then counter magick is my specialty, and to be fair I did try to burn you all to a crisp, well rather burn your patterns out of existence when you first teleported me into this car, no hard feelings?"

He frowned and shook his head, "Ah, sorry; I'm an old soldier reminiscing a little... pay it no mind."

"That is ok, it is good advice, though not always possible to follow."
The girl muttered.

He arched an eyebrow, "So your Avatar wants everything to end after it went through a millennium of torture in the span of a minute... and you've never questioned whether that torment might have driven it a teensy bit insane?"

"No I have not...I mean it is this powerful spirit something thingy that have decided to live in my soul like a maggot in a corpse right? Can such beings even get insane? And the others went through the same thing and they are not insane, everyone who is a mage at the Labyrinth are Fallen...well except for Alberto he is just a Infernalist, but everyone else and they are not insane."
She protested.

He nodded thoughtfully, "Gabriel was a strict teacher, hmm? Then again, he might have been partly right - there are certainly video games that are highly unsuitable for children.

The young Nephandus raised and eyebrow.
"Ehm...I grew up in a Labyrinth, you know the places with eyeball and gentianella walls, torture chambers and where a Friday night of entertainment might include watching some agent for the Union get slowly tortured to death and you worry about violence in video games?"
She asked.
"I am a bloody Nephandus, I do not think Call of Duty will corrupt me further."

And bear in mind, I'm of the first generation to see home consoles - back before they started to put ratings on games. There were games made that were highly unsuitable for anyone."

"Yeah that was not my Mentor's concern, if he believed the games would have made me more corrupt he would probably have encouraged them. He did not want me to take time of from studies."

"That actually sounds like fun."
The young Nephandus said as she listened to your explanation.
"Not that there is anyone to play with at the Labyrinth. Also pug is not that a dog with a very short nose?"

Granite looked a bit skeptical for a moment, he did probably feel what the girl was, but then again this animal had never known anything but kindness, he was a papered pet, well loved and well cared for and his biggest concerns in life was whatever or not someone opened the door to let him out or in as quickly as he would like, so he was trusting and reminded where he was though he was a bit more tense.

He carefully lifted the girl closer, keeping a very close look at her hands - this would probably serve as a good test of her personality; if she would try to hurt Granite, her chances would be shot...

The girl stretched out her chained hands carefully and after letting the cat sniff them she nervously touch his fur.
"He is warm...and so fluffy..."
She exclaimed, she did not try to harm the cat, but her uneven motion as she stroked him showed that she had never in her life petted an animal. Granite remained still but the look he gave the girl showed that he thought that this really was a sub par petting indeed, far less good than he was accustomed to, but he would allow it, one have to take one's pettings wherever one can get them after all.

Colin nodded sagely, "It's always a good thing to have long-term plans and dreams, even if they might not come to fruition. While there are no guarantees here, it's seldom a good thing to suddenly stand with nothing planned for the future at all. Always have some small plan or ambition - it'll give you a starting point, and other ideas might come more easily as you get started on the first."
He smiled thinly, "Well, I already had my finger on the trigger as I started forming my own shielding spell - when you tore that apart before I could even complete it, I only had plan B left. And I couldn't tell what sort of defenses he had up, but he had something going and you did not... He never had a chance to protect you, I'm afraid. And no hard feelings about trying to roast us - it was a perfectly rational response to an unanticipated teleportation, I suppose. And we were prepared for something like that."
He frowned, "Maggot in a corpse... that's a horrible comparison. Mostly because it is so inaccurate; it's more like an ephemeral symbiote - an arrangement of mutual benefit. While it resides with you, you gain the use of magic and it gains the ability to learn through you. And... insane can mean a lot of things, not just gibbering rage and violence. The desire to end it all, in fact, sounds very much like a form of suicidal depression."
He grinned, "Call of Duty is actually a rather fine game... I was thinking more of games like Custer's Revenge or E.T. back in the day... horrible, horrible things... And I believe there was some ruckus regarding a recent Aliens game, as well, though I'll admit I mostly stick with assorted flight simulators these days."
He nodded, "Marbles is rather fun, and there's quite a bit of skill to it, as well. And yes, pugs are a small breed of dog; the game I'm trying to remember sounded like that, I think, but it wasn't quite, hmm... No matter, I'm sure I could find out later."
He smiled at the sight of the girl gently stroking Granite, "Saving grace number one, I'd say."

Always have some small plan or ambition - it'll give you a starting point, and other ideas might come more easily as you get started on the first."

"Well I am not going to be making allot of plans if..."
The girl shivered and stopped talking.
"Chances are you capturing me will be the end of me in every way."
She muttered fearfully and tears formed in her eyes again.

"Hum...well yes my partner would have had something up to protect himself, his Paradigm is slow, he prepares most things in advance."
She said not thinking that this information could be used against her Labyrinth in any way.
"Well it was not a bad choice if I had a weapon in that situation I would have done the same."
The girl muttered and sigh.

And no hard feelings about trying to roast us - it was a perfectly rational response to an unanticipated teleportation, I suppose. And we were prepared for something like that."

"Yes, unfortunately you did."
The girl said and looked down at her wrists and the cuffs that where restraining her magick.
"That sucks."
She added then she glanced at you and asks.
"What is your name by the way? I have a name my parents gave me but I do not remember it well, I have a name my Mentor calls me in our own language but I am not sure you can pronounce it."

He frowned, "Maggot in a corpse... that's a horrible comparison. Mostly because it is so inaccurate; it's more like an ephemeral symbiote - an arrangement of mutual benefit. "Well...I guess both gain from the arrangement yes. Now as for insanity, it is not like that, wanting non existence is not the same as depression, it is a desire for perfect, blessed nothingness, complete Entropy with nothing else, and even that concept something that have never been, that is not insane, it is beautiful."
The young Nephandus protested.

"I have never heard about those games."
The girl said and shook her head.
"Alberto had none of those, he have a playstation 3, well had unless he manages to survive..."
She muttered and frowned.

He nodded, "Marbles is rather fun, and there's quite a bit of skill to it, as well. And yes, pugs are a small breed of dog; the game I'm trying to remember sounded like that, I think, but it wasn't quite, hmm... No matter, I'm sure I could find out later."

"Perhaps I will get the chance to play marbles one day."
The girl said and nodded.
"I do not know what the other game you are talking about is called though."

He smiled at the sight of the girl gently stroking Granite, "Saving grace number one, I'd say."

"He is so pretty."
The young mage said.
"What do you mean saving grace?"
She said as she continued to pet the large, fat cat.

You hear footsteps behind you and you see Joe come back together with Alex Horton and a tall, heavyset Asian man in a immaculate blue suit, a weight scales tie pin marked him as an Enforcer, a Quaesitor.
"Chief Joakim asked me to make arrangements for the prisoner since he was busy with other arrangements."
He said as he approaches you and Adjan and incline his head.
"I am James Alistair Min Hermes bani Guericus, I am pleased to make your acquaintance gentlemen."
