So let me start, my name is Anja and I come from Norway. I have been playing and GMing Mage and other World of Darkness games since I was a teenager so for 17 years now. I am married, have a cat and no kids. I love fantasy, science fiction and horror but my biggest passion is the occult. I have Aspergers syndrome so I am odd but I do not mind, i would rather be odd than normal. So anyway hi and nice to meet you.

Hello, I'm Tim and I'm from NY but am now in Toronto. I've been playing WoD games since high school, and other RPGs since before then. I'm married and have two kids. I enjoy occult and surreal horror, reading it, writing it, and playing games incorporating it.

Nice to meet you Tim. Surrealism is not a genre I myself generally enjoy, but there are some good surreal horror movies. Anyway welcome to the forum.

So many norse people! I'm in a reenactment group for Viking era Scandinavia, so you're doomed to be asked a lot by this humble servant.

I was in Kjetil's gaming group earlier before he moved to another city so I know him from there. I would welcome questions though the Norse middle ages are a topic that interests me.

Yo party people. I'm Russel, I first started playing RPGs with the oWoD systems back in the late 90s and fell in love with Mage (and Hunter). I've done TableTop, LARP, and even chat based (back at the old New Bremen chats on the White Wolf site). This is my first time playing by post, so it's pretty exciting.

I love good stories, it doesn't matter if they're horror, comedy, action, adventure or whatever. As long as everyone is having fun, it'll be a blast.

I have been roleplaying online since I started, I much prefer face to face, and I am a part of a couple of local gaming groups, but every so often I like to start a game with new people that just live to far away for me to play with tabletop and then a online game is practical.

Thank you! Hmm.. now I'm not so sure. Long time ago I played a wod sorcerer game where they were kind of poorman's mages. Right now I'm trying to think of a character. I had one in mind but the concept is too similar to one of your npcs so I'm going to start from scratch.

Ohh yes the Hedge Wizards now I know what you mean, yes static mages they do exist in this setting as well, but we will be playing true mages or Awakned mages. Well you can always have a character that is similar to an NPC if you want, not a problem.
