Personally, I'm not sure what's worse; the 'adulting', the people who try to make such tasks 'fun' or the fact it's called 'adulting'. Some things are just not fun, irregardless to when in life they've got to be done.

I guess the reason it is called that is than when adult you are expected to take mature decisions and do the things that have to be done but might not be fun on your own, while as a kid you either did not do them or someone made you.

Or like the first time I went to the shop getting necessities when I had moved out on my own and I was shocked by what regular groceries and some cleaning supplies cost and it hit me yeah now I am officially grown up.
