Well you where not exactly holding the woman's magick but you where giving her a bit of a struggle meaning she was not wasting energy on going on the offensive right now, your group rush the Nephandi though, and your oponent realizing this is serious,throw your spell to the side with enough force to throw you from your feet, her distraction have paied of though and you her screams and the sound of battle from the room outside the library, as the others have gone on a full on offensive against the Nephandi outside, but it was far from a easy fight and you saw one of the magi...Ryan back of with a bad burn on his shoulder and one of the werewolves where thrown though a fleshy wall.

(Please give me a initiative roll for Tane. Also he managed to distract the Nephanda for a while but she was just to powerful for him to hold.)

As the wolves entered and attacked, Tane too jumped into the frey with a mighty warcry, as his tatoos turned into scales of an armor. Tane activated the power of his sword and started to cover his allies and kill nephandi

The room outside of the library, a rather large hall, where quite the mess, in the center of the room stood a tall, beautiful woman with Nordic features and long, red hair, she where wearing a simple, white dress and carried a rune carved staff, around here where around three dozen men that looked to be made from shadows, there where also around seven gunmen hiding behind an overtuned table, three more mages protected behind some shield who where flinging spells at your group from a corner and two very quick moving induviduals who could perhaps be vampires, the room was filled with screams and shorts of battle as your side, and the Nephandi forces clashed. What do you do?

The gunmen where up against a wall behind a overturned table so getting at them from behind would be hard, and they would end up seeing you if you rushed towards them, but you could perhaps get to them if you tried to follow the flow of the battle to get to their barricade while they where busy with other oponents but even so while chances where you coudl take out one or two of them easy, not all of them before they could shoot you down, even with the protections your sword gave.

Then Tane would dive from cover to cover, and would try to run up to them and take the table. Those weren't that heavy and he could ose it as a weapon to bludgeon them all in a swing. Tane was pretty much almost a deadweight lifter so it was not at all impossible

You managed to get over to the table while the gunmen where busy shooting one of the werewolves, a light gray fured female you think where called Rachel, the Garou woman could take allot of damage but eventually she did go down and laid still on the ground, now the gunmen discovered how close you had gotten though and aimed their weapons at you.

(OOC: Tane can try, it will be on a plus two diff for such a manuver and because the table is not exactly a handy meelee weapon but you can try, doing that and trying to dodge the incoming fire from the seven guys trying to shoot Tane down at the same time might be difficult however.)

You try to push the table forward to hit the gunmen to stun them for the moment you would need to attack them.

You pushed the table over knocking several of the gunmen over, meaning they had to get up and take aim again before they could shoot at you efficiently, the men who fell over cried out in alarm and anger, of the seven of them you knock over five, two of them where still on their feet though and they opened fire at you, busy with the table as you where there where little you could do to defend yourself, you could try to dodge behind the table but that would give the fallen men time to get to their feet before you could try to hit them with the table, or you could take the bullets and hope your sword and the Ansectors who had blessed it would protect it.

(OOC: If you wish to try to dodge then please roll Dexterity plus Atheletics for dodge, if not then you can roll soak for 6 lethal right away, you getting to soak lethal because of your sword.)

Tane threw the table over the fallen men Who probably would have a tough time getting up with it over them, and headed with an awful battlecry towards the two standing threats, jumping over them to stab and slash them Hopefully before they could open fire

Your sword protected you well, the bullets still hurt as they peppered your skin, but most of them only left a bruise before they fell to the ground harmlessly, two of them went through your skin though, in your upper arm and your tigh, and those hurt. The Nephandi looked rather frustrated that you did not go down from their firepower.

Frustration turned to alarm when you flipped the table over on the fallen men and jumped on it to attack the two standing med with your sword, you hit one of them in the side and thore of a good chunk of flesh, the other one looked on in horror then he backed away terrified at what he had seen. The wounded man though squezed of another round at you he was badly wounded but would go down fighting.

(OOC: You get two levels of lethal damage. Yu have to either continue the attack or dodge the wounded man's bullets though, and that will be at plus one diff since he is so close to you. If you do not dodge you need to soak 3 lethal.)

Tane continued like a bulldozer, knowing that it was only time before the men got up, but also before a couple of werewolves came there to help him.
Take stabbed the other men with his sword, knowing that what little morale he had left would disappear as soon as harm took him and pain settled.

The other men is not within stabbing sistance, the second one who did not fall over ran and the other ones are down under the table still and your sword just is not durable to stab through a slab of oak, you have to either run after the fleeing man, finish of the one you wounded or wait until the others get out from under the table or you have to move the table. The wounded man still have his gun and can fire at you as well unless he is stopped. Also the werewolves might come to help you but right now they are kept pretty busy with the other enemies in the room.

Your sword protect you from most of the damage from the bullets the wounded man fired at you, but one of them did some damage to your ribs, and that hurt quite badly, smarting now every time you draw breath.

(OOC: That is one more Lethal for three total. I think Tane will start suffering wound penalties now.)

(OOC: First time you where injured you got 6 Lethal and soaked 4 so you got 2 the second time you got 3 and soaked 2, there is a 1 in your roll so you got two sucsesses. No the other one ran as you injured his friend, before you can get your sword up to swing again he is to far away to reach without moving after him.)

You shout to the rest of your teat a warning about the running man, but most where busy with the Nephandi mages and the shadow like beings, a giant bear you are pretty sure is Henrietta jumped the runner though and you started hearing quite a bit of screaming from him.

The other of the two men you had attacked had just raised his gun towards you but he did not have the time to pull the trigger before you finished him off and ended his life, all he had time for was one last scream.

The men under the table where starting to move now and shortly after you had ended one of the gunmen you where tossed off the table as they cooperated to toss the table and you off them so they could get up.

(OOC: I think ones count for soak but I will check up on it.)

ane tried to land as stable as possible to go on and slam against the table, pinning the men to the ground.

(OOC: I think it would be most fair if you roll a Dex plus Atheletics roll for this as my first reaction would be no landing safely on your feet and grabbing the table and pushing it back all in one motion will not work, so Dex and Atheletics diff 8.)

You moved on instinct alone, you felt yourself hit the grount like a cat on your feet and you managed to grab the heavy oak table before it hit you and slam it back down on the five remaining men before they could get to their feet, they grunted in pain and frustration as the table slammed down on them but now they where pinned again, as the battle raged around you.

With the table over the men, getting at them to slit their throats where not that easy, while the table where a problem for them and made it hard to get up it also meant it was hard for you to reach them. You could reach under the table and haul one of them out to try to kill him but that would give the others time to try to get the table of them and get up.

(OOC: They are covered ty the table but this is a pretty big table, it is a dining table meant to seat at least 20 so they are pretty good under there, stabbing at them you can do indeed.)

You stab under the table, your sword where not the best for stabbing as while the shark teeth where sharp the sword where not that pointy but you do hear two men scream under there så you did some damage. You hear the hammer of a gun being pulled back though and then a shot as one of those trapped under there tried to shoot as you from his akward postion, but he missed you, he where likely to try again though.

Tane looked for the guy that had freed her weapon (and the hole in the table should make that clear and tried to gauge her eyes off it possible, or stab him in the neck if not.

You glanced under the table, and you found that a woman of about thirthy years old where aiming her gun at you, she fired when she saw you looking at her right before you stabbed her in the neck, causing a mass of blood to gush forth, the woman would die of blood loss soon.

The battle continued to rage around you, the table shook and the still living pawns under there grunted as one of the werewolves in full battle form tossed one of the shadow like men onto the table and jumped after him and started ripping the created being apart, then he growlet and jumped over you to go after the next target.

(OOC: You can let go of the table to dodge the shot or try to soak the damage.)

The bullet you took to the side of your face would have taken your jaw of if it had not been for the protection of your Ansestors, as it where it still hurt and you felt the ringing in your head as your head where hit to the side with some force, it felt like being punched in the face but you where not seriously injured, though your various wounds where beginning to add up.

You stab at the gunmen at hit another of them though exactly where you hit them are hard to determine for they where moving under there and aiming where not easy but you got someone at least though another mat kicked after your hand, trying his best to make you loose your grip on your sword.

(OOC: One more Lethal you soak the rest, remember your wound penalties for the next roll though.)

You could see a few feet, an abdomen, a head, and someone's hand with a gun, the men under there where pretty much stuck under there. Around you the werewolves where fighting with the summoned shadow men, the problem where that as one where killed another where created. The leader of this bunch still stood in the center of the room with her staff, Master Dupre and Master nassa where engaged in some sort of fight with her but so far she was holding her own against the two Master magi. Henrietta where a bear and where helping the werewolves, so where Coawa, and they where keeping the shadow men at bey. You did not see Alessa but one of the Nephandi magi where surrounded by tiny spiders and where choking on something, the others where trying to take down the rest of the Nephandi magi, a few of them where injured but not seriously.

Coawa ripped the head of one fo the shadow men and moved over to you.
"I can help with the guys under the table Brother, I have an idea, but I worry you will fear me if I do what I am thinking about...the weight of my war form from...will crush them, but you have never seen me like that."
The Rokea said sounding concerned.
"Are you injured?"

This Will Be horrible but do it, I can't hold much more since I've taken some damage Tane said, not wanting to imagine a megalodon crushing the nephandi. Even so, Tane had to helpaster Nassau and master Dupree with the nephandi or the shadow men would keep spawning. what do I do?

"Very well, I just hope you will not look at me differently after this Brother."
Coawa said as he jumped onto the table making those under it grunt.
"Just step back."
Was all he said then he seamed to focus for a moment and he waited for you to step back before he changed his form, growing massivly. You had seen him change into his bipedal war from which also made him grow, but this was to that change like when little Strawberry changed from a tiny little white rat into a woman. The being that now sat on top of the table where a prehistoric horror, it was on the floor, the men under the massive fish did not even have the time to scream as the massive weight of the 18 meter shark crushed them flat, Coawa's nose hit the wall bruising it as the change was complete and his tail where just a few meters from the other wall, his teeth where 18 cm long, his hide where a dark gray, he looked very much like a great white but he had two more fins on the underside of his body and his nose where more pointy. The massive fish's eye met yours as he trashed on the floor, sending two shadow men to their death's with his tail in his attemot to breathe. A few of the werewolves stopped dead in their tracks steating at the massive sharks and you heard some of the mages exclaim in fear and shock. The two Masters focused on their task though, they could do no other.

Coawa changed his from back into his human form, he lay on the crushed table heaving for breath for a few moment, after all in his shark form he could not breathe on land, then he got up and gave you a concerned look, wondering if you would now be scared of him.

Subtle. 9/10 for the lack of roar. Tane tried to joke with Coawa. Tane saw the mighty fighting shark shape and tried not to run away, but he had never seen anything like that. Even so, Coawa was his friend litteraly since he was born, so how else could he see his brother?

Coawa gave you a slight nod, he was still concerned that his land bound friend would be afraid of him now that you had seen his strongest war from but he said nothing, there where no time and he threw himself against the shadow men trying to reduce their number.

Which Nepandi are you going to try to face, there are the woman with the staff and now two other mages, the pawns are dead though so there are those two among with their leader and the shadow men.

The woman with the staff is fighting Amadeus and master Dupre with magick, super focused on them, right? In that case, i stealthily start to go around them to slit her throat.

If they are fighting phisically and with magick, i'll dance a Haka and start countering her casting, just as i did when all this started

The two Masters of the Art where fighting the rune mage using magick, Amadeus where carving symbols into his own arm and Master Dupre where chanting in Latin and making sigils with his good hand. You can try to sneak around and attack the woman with the staff or try to interfare with her magick but you can not do both at once. If you choose to use magick against her roll your Arete if you go for sneaking you need to roll Dex plus Stealth.

You snuck up on the woman and tried to slit her throat, the problem was that as you reached for her you hit something hard, as if the air itself around her had turned to glass or stone in a barriar surrounding her person.
"Well now that would have been a easy solution to your problem would it not Traditionalist."
The rune mage scoffed, not turning from her focusiing on the two Masters of the Art.
"But I am well aware I am no more durable than any other mortal, and too my precautions."
