Re: Downtime planning thread.
Heh. And the chances are, the 'worthless rocks' will still be listed in the inventory, Colin paid in cash and the hand-over was in a parking lot by a 7-Eleven...
The level of 'thefts from storage' is utterly unknown. It's quite literally stealing from a hoarder of biblical proportions with the assistance of the person who keeps the only contents list or has knowledge of where it is. Doing a proper 'stock-take' is a colossal task almost no institution gets round to doing; they simply rely on the list.
When the Hermitage Museum in St Petersberg did such a task in 2008, it revealed that 50,000 items were missing from storage but present on the list [of a total of three million]. Some would be items on loan to other institutions or their cases were mislaid [it happens], but most of these would be thefts.
And this doesn't account for items which are both stolen and then the records are doctored or items which are replaced by 'vaguely passable' forgeries.

Oops sorry I did not see your post when replying this morning it is now fixed. Sorry about being slow I do not always keep up to date with this thread unless I am involved with one of the discussions as if I have short of time I focus on the IC. Well it is fixed now.

Clarification. Did Strawberry jump from the bowl to the table/counter or to the floor?

Re: Downtime planning thread.
They had, sorry about that it was a brain fart. By the way I do not always check this thread as sometimes keeping track of the IC game is the most I can manage. What if you either PM me about a question like this, write a OOC in the IC thread about it or make a new thread in the OOC section and mark it important so I can tell it apart from general occ discussions which I tend to get to when I have the energy to do so, but soomething marked important I will check right away.
Re: Downtime planning thread.
Well, perhaps we should make a 'OOC on IC' thread which is *only* for IC questions? So if something comes up on it you know there's a problem or we're requesting clarification etc?

Re: Downtime planning thread.
I went out to be social and play MtG for the first time since lockdown yesterday so I was pretty exhausted. Now I have replied to your post though, sorry again for missing it.

Re: Downtime planning thread.
As proposed, I've started an OOC For IC thread. A companion for the IC one; merely for direct questions on the game.
