Coawa shrugs.
"Silver is never fun, and it makes me feel weak, but I have been hurt before and will be again."
He muttered as he cleaned his plate.
"The important thing is that we got the bastard."

Tane:

"I would like to return to the sea for a little while, but I should not have to stay for that long, that mage managed to fix me up so I should be fine with a day or so in the sea and I will be as good as new."
Coawa said and nodded.

Tane:

Great. I was worried you'd have some permanent damage: getting the lungs harmed can fuck your breathing for life. For humans, at least. Tane said, now more relaxed Well, wenever you want to go...

"Yeah well my lungs work a little different as a shark but there are some parts of that system which are rather sensitive."
Coawa said and got up and paced a bit back and forth, his kind never sat still for long.
"But no, there is not even a scar there, just some pink skin and I feel fine, a little sore and I still need to balance myself and communicate with the spirits but fine, that blond guy are a good healer, is he one of their elders or chiefs or whatever the hell mages call their leaders?"
He asked.

Tane:

"Hum...do mages usually remember things from former lives? I mean sometimes we do, it is rare but sometimes we remember former lives or at least bits of them, do mages do the same?"
Coawa asked as he stopped pacing and looked at you curiously.

"Yeah let us go."
The wereshark said then he nodded.
"The same as with us then, some special ones remember former lives."
He said as he begun heading for the door he had been given a new shirt, a plain blue tshirt instead one the one that was thorn and bloody so he could actually take the bus and not make to much of a mess of things. Coawa pulled on his leather jacket as he walked.

Tane:

You get out of the Chantry and walk towards the bus stop Coawa sigh.
"How you are doing? As in the Chantry?"
He asked then he stopped as before you there stood a stopped car, you recognized some of the mages from Steelhaven there though you had not spoken with all of them you had seen them around the Chantry.
"Where did she go, damn it...where you not paying attention?"
A tall black man asked and a thin pale man with brown hair sigh.
"Yes but something spooked her, we are just going to have to find her she can not have gotten far..."

Tane:

Busy. Too many people to help and too little time. But that has been always the case. Tane told him I'm sorry if i'm leaving anyone behind.

"Well it have been a stressful few days Tane but other that not coming back home on Friday to help Alessa out with her lead, do not worry I went with her and kept her safe, however other than that I think you have kept a pretty good handle on things brother."

THen he noticed the mages on the car. Curious. He considered to listen in, but Jeffry was a lot more careful than to let their member wander in if they were fraternizing wiht nephandus... did he? Tane whistled to feel the resonance of those guys and carefully tried to understand if they were something strange, now that they haven't seen him

You start to work your magick, the two men seam to have rather dynamic Resonance about them while the woman they where with who had not spoken yet seamed to be in balance between Static and Dynamic Resonance. The small group notice you as you work your spell though and the woman asks.
"Ehm...you are Mr Karyak right the new Dreamspeaker?"
She says as she takes a few steps towards you.
"Did you see a woman in a night gown and dressing robe run past you?"

Tane:

Yes, i forgot about that, and it was too late when i remembered. I should say sorry to her. He said, with a little sting of guilt.

"Yeah no worries though she is prickly so she might appreciate you saying sorry though."
Coawa said and shrugged again.
"I kept her safe, we went to see this Ratkin, can you believe it this guy can turn into this tiny rat."

A, yes, a pleassure to meet you. Umm... no, i didn't see her. Why you looking for her?

"I am Helga Williams nice to meet you to."
The woman said and nodded to you in greeting.
"The girl we are looking for is a Nephandus, well former Nephandus...we busted her out of a asylum, but as we stopped for a red light something spooked her and we where not paying enough attention, she got out of the car and ran."
She explained.
"We need to find her, the Chief want his hands on her badly, and want her alive as well."

I bet a warform for that guy ought to be horrible. And full of deseaces. Tane commented

"Yeah luckily he was not feeling very warlike when we met him, I am not sure I would like to see his other forms."
Coawa said and frowned before he turned his attention to the parked car and the three mages beside it.

Former Nephandus?

"Yeah...you have heard about those Avatar shards found?"
Helga said and shuddered.
"Rumor had it this lady is one of the ehm...owners of that, which I guess still makes her a Nephandus but a sort of non functioning Nephandus, a broken Nephandus if you will, the Chief think she have some important information though, I have not been told much however, I only know that the old Nuke want her so then we have to get her back."

"Hum...good idea, I do not think you can get a better arcane connection than that."
Helga said then she turned to the others.
"Ty I am going to go and see our guest, Master Telar and see if the prisoner can be tracked that was but we also need to keep looking for her, I am concerned that she might try to off herself if left to her own devices so if you take our dear Akashic here and search for the woman while I go to the Chantry?"
She asked and the man named Ty nodded to that. Helga turned towards you again.
"Thank you...ehm Karyak that was your name right? Anyway I should hurry to the Chantry but it was nice meeting you."

Tane:

Helga nodded.
"Yes I am sure we will see one another around the Chantry, good evening Mr Karyak."
She said as you and Coawa headed for the bus stop.
"Are you sure we should not have stayed and helped them hunt down their missing prisoner Tane?"
The wereshark asked as he walked beside you.

Tane:

"I need to balance out my spirit and rest but other than that I am fine, the blond mage dude knit my flesh back together I can fight."
Coawa protested.
"But I guess you are right brother we can not get involved with any fight, even so I hate to not help out. I hope you are right though, that they can handle it."
He said and looked back in the direction of the Chantry as you got to the bus stop.

"Do not worry about me Tane, if that is all that is keeping you from action then know that I am fine, I need to rest yes but so do many, there have been a crisis and it is not yet over, and know that I am strong."
Coawa said as he looked at you.
"I can go home alone as well, I do not like to leave Alessa and Paula alone to long not when there is this much danger around."
He added.

Tane:

Coawa nodded then he sigh.
"If we manage to stop the Nephandi there might be more than one more day brother, but I am concerned, everyone at the Chantry is tense, this is not some little incursion is it? The bloody Qyrl mages mean business."
He muttered angrily as the bus drove up to the stop.
"Very well let us go home and see what the girls are up to."
He said and sigh.

"Perhaps our spirit brothers and sisters guided us here for a reason Tane, perhaps it is here we are needed because the corrupted ones are so active."
Coawa said and looked at his friend.
"We have a fight on our hands, we can do some good, perhaps the spirits are using us as instruments to help save this city. I have learned to trust them when they come calling, and they did guide us here."
Then he nodded.
"Yes there are more mages here than back home, but these Traditionalists that your group have joined do seam to enjoy lumping together into tummul...ehm...what...ah yes Chatries like schools of fish and that tend to attract predators even if it also give safety in numbers."
He said in agreement.
"Some of them will dance the black spiral and we will kill those and save the others, it is never to late brother, even when the situation seam hopeless, we will find the fomori we are looking for, and their Qyrl tainted brethren and crush their skulls with our jaws."

Tane:

"I agree Tane, our ancestors have more experience than us and are wise, they know what to do, and we will do them proud here in Boston, live or fall we will send enough spawn of the Qyrl to the dark waters of death to honor them and save as many lives as we can in the process."
Coawa said with conviction in his voice.

Tane:

Coawa nodded as he got on the buss and sat down, he did attract a few stares due to his size as he paid for his fare and found a seat.

(OOC: Well there might not be a Monday unless the Nephandi is stopped. Tane is currently at Saturday evening where also the rest of the characters are. We can start with early Sunday but we can not get to far along on that day as what happens on Sunday is pretty dependant on what happens in Chicago though I guess there are some loose ends that can be tied up in Boston.)

Tane after the bus ride you get back to the docks and then your small home. You find Alessa cooking something while she was on the phone.
"Yes...I can do that...yes...ok give me the address..."
She said and fumbled for pen and paper.

Paula you see lay curled up on the floor happily sleeping. Coawa nodded to indicate the other Rokea and muttered to you in a soft voice to not disturb Alessa's phone call.
"She sure sleeps allot."

Tane:

Alessa put the phone away as she frowned.
"Disturbing more than interesting Tane...the wererat I and Coawa visited yesterday evening when you did not come back have been found dead. I just got the call from a medical examiner I have bribed...the thing is though the man was dirty but in perfect health last we saw him...I do not like this."
The Ananasi said thoughtfully.

"I did not know him beyond one conversation so there is no reason to be sorry to me, however I do wonder what happened."
Alessa said.
"For you see here is the thing I do not know how he died exactly, my contact at the coroner's office just said it was rather brutal so he was attacked by someone and that makes me think his death could be related to the information he gave me, and our current situation and my search for my damned sister."
The werespider commented.
"I am considering going over to the place I met him and see what I can find out."

Tane:

"Well no I did not want him dead, what I mean is that I am not grieving him either, I did not know him well enough for that. I do think it is a shame that he is dead though."
Alessa said and nodded.
"Yes that is exactly what I am thinking, and I can hardly fault her for that I am tracking her down to kill her as well, but yes I think she or one of her lackeys are behind the Ratkin's murder."
The Ananasi said then she added.
"As for where he was found, right outside his home, if you could call it that, in a trailer park right on the outskirts of Boston."
There was disgust in the woman's voice as she spoke of where her contact lived, Alessa could be a tad bit snobbish at times.
