Your ring seems fine to bring," he said, after examining it for him. Then he turned his attention to the notebook or anything else that had to be cleaned, or taken care of so they could leave.

Colin nodded and slipped the ring onto a finger, "That calm demeanour is aided by a bit of facial nerve damage, I'm afraid... but I believe Dr. Lee might be a better tutor in that regard, for meditative techniques."

"Well what you say make sense man, I am not so sure I believe these creatures exist but if they did then what you say makes allot of sense."
Monica said she still sounded rather doubtful.

He smiled wryly, "If you're lucky, of sorts, you'll get to meet the vampire we just rescued downstairs on your way out... and that'll be the only vampire you meet in a long time."

"Yeah perhaps, I am more of a socialist than a communist though. I do not think it is wrong to own things I just think the rich should pay fair taxes and that helping the poor, free healthcare and affordable school and further education should be prioritized over more wars, more military spending and so on."
The witch said and she scratched her head.

He grinned, "You and me both. But then, I'm British, so we've had something of a better track record with that whole system..."

"I do have some candles in stock if you look over there."
The witch said and she pointed to a shelf full of various candles, tea blends, soaps, bath mixes and so on.
"What if we say three dollars for regular candles and ten for the figure candles right now since I would rather sell them to you can to have some mafia assholes loot them."
The woman said then she nodded.
"I have a car, it is not a fancy car but it will get me where I need to go."

He nodded and quickly picked out three figure candles and six regular ones, and fished out his wallet, "I think... these are going to be good. I only have two twenties - keep the change, I insist."

He nodded and quickly picked out three figure candles and six regular ones, and fished out his wallet, "I think... these are going to be good. I only have two twenties - keep the change, I insist."

Monica said she pocketed the money and handed you tissue paper and a paper bag for the candles.
"Here you go do enjoy."
She said then she smiled...ah let me throw in a freebie. I have gotten a new mold and not mastered it yet so the herbs color came out looking uneven so I would not sell it, you know how it is as a craftsman yourself you do not want to sell an item you are not happy with."
She said and she went to another shelf and found a large, brown owl candle, it smelled of peppermint and pine needles and looked a little like Jareth with it's brown and grayish areas.
"Here you go, there is nothing wrong with it but it should be wood bark brown and not light brown and gray. Look at it as a gift for the warning."

The vampire managed to wipe some of the mess off, at least enough that the police would not be called if he was seen, he put the tissue in his pocket like you had once he was done.
"Then we should leave."

"I assume we'll be moving in the same order as last time?" Serge said, gesturing for Shawn to follow him and following Nicole towards the exit.

The Chorister started moving out. Shawn followed Serge hesitantly, looking around nervously as he did so.

"Aww so cute, owls are awesome, you can see them at night if you go to the marches, big gray and brown ones like the one in your picture. And yeah the candle do look a little bit like him but I was just trying to make a brown owl candle since some spells have been circulating on witchcraft groups on Facebook lately that use owl figure candles so I thought that if I could make some good ones I would corner a market."
The witch smiled again.
"What is his name?"

There was not much on the app now and again someone left or entered the building and a spirit was passing by not showing much interest to the building but settling down in the delli.

Nicole took the head of their little party; keeping an eye out for any threats as they headed downstairs and back to the car.

As the group heading down, Serge and Nicole if she kept an eye on Jon's app would see three, it had to be cars from how the dots was moving, filled with seven humans with something extra and two vampires heading for the front entrance. They would be here soon, right now the only ones the group of mages met in the hallway where an elderly black woman struggling up the stairs, her hair was snow white and she was clearly to old to live in an building without an elevator let alone drag a bag of groceries up the stairs but she probably just did not have the funds to move. There was also a young woman with two small children on their way out, none of these people seamed very dangerous.

The Chorister started moving out. Shawn followed Serge hesitantly, looking around nervously as he did so.

(OOC: Just to make sure. When you say that one of these people seemed dangerous, are you talking about the 4 people we're seeing in the hallway? The old lady, the women, and the small children?)

The notebook should be fine, it was probably better to bring than leave as it held arcane connections to Shawn himself, but it did not contain energies that could be a danger to the Chantry, Shawn's blood on the floor though would need to be dealt with for that could be used to track him.

The notebook went into his bag. "I'm just going to clean up the ground blood up so they cannot use it to find us; the magick will not be directed at you, but may sound strange," he said to Shawn so he wouldn't think he was attacking him, and trying to prevent scaring him again. "Perhaps let's start towards the exit, if we can," he said, agreeing with the others that we should go asap. As Serge and Nicole moved Shawn a bit, he cleared up the blood and cleansed out any arcane links, then deposited the used gloves and anything else around used to clean up into a snack bag so he could destroy it.

He sighed. If they were going in the same order, he was supposed to be point but instead, as Nicole went out in front he took Colin's spot. It was not the smoothest bit of spellwork you had done in your life but you had used this magick so often now, the one to remove Arcane connections it was second nature and you managed to pull it off anyway, the room was still dirty and full of the energy of fear and pain but the connection to it and the blood on the floor had been cut from Shawn.

He sighed. If they were going in the same order, he was supposed to be point but instead, as Nicole went out in front he took Colin's spot. He checked Jon's app and headed out, wiping prints off the doorhandle last. As they came down with others, he kept an eye out for trouble on their way down and into the car.

You will also then see the seven probably ghouls and the two vampires heading towards the front door. The residents met along the way though only glanced and your group and continued with their day.

(OOC: Sorry I mean none not one. I have corrected it now. None of the residents met along the way seam dangerous. Gah it is hot.)

The Etherite didn't have her phone out; perhaps not wanting one of her hands full in a situation which could turn to combat at any point. But she didn't need the app when her own instinct was telling her to get moving; moving quickly down the stairs, heading to the rear door and out to their car.

The little sneak is way too clever and cute, you know - he knows exactly how far he can stretch my patience, and my cookware suffers indignities for it..."
He shook his head, "But, dawdling... If you're packed, I'll give you a hand with the bag down the stairs. I don't know how soon more ghouls will be showing up, but I'm not willing to bet it's more than a matter of minutes."

He hefted the bag, "Pity there's no fire escape... Alright, follow me, this might get... unpleasant."

Further down the stairs you could all hear something growling and three spirits suddenly showed up on Jon's opp.

Hildegard exclaimed and she drew her little lady gun. Shawn whimpered and his eyes where darting around nervously.

Colin smiled, "I think I have a spare bag of blood lying around at home... I have another vampire visiting, and need to keep a small reserve on hand in case she wakes up."

You got as far as the second floor, you where now behind the others, you got the door locked but then as you looked down at the others you saw two spirits in front of them, the spirits slowly manifesting as two massive black dogs, they looked like rottweilers the same breed as Mundi, but where Mundi looked like a gentle giant, with large soulful brown eyes, these two looked like demons with distorted features and exposed fangs in a snarl and they where just about to jump your party.

(OOC: Well since they are manifesting everyone should see them, two massive black, snarling dogs. So please roll for initiative if you wish to do something which I assume you do.)

(OOC: It is still soo hot, the cat have dug herself down into the soil under a large bush in the little park outside of our apartment, the guys who own it will be thrilled.)
