"I can do that easily enough." Serge said with a nod.

Helena nodded at that.

"You can have a blog about anything." Serge said as he looked over the blog with a smile on his face.

"Well yes there are no limits to the topics one can choose to write about after all Mr Yager."
Antonio agreed.

"Less paradox inducing than threatening her with the sun thing at least. We don't have to demonstrate kidnapping and selling a cat." Serge said.

"Knowing that we have her pet might give her pause though, it might be to our advantage even if we never threaten the animal."
Helena commented.

Serge eyes widened when Nicole casually said that he would be given a gun. "I...really? All right. I was just sorta sorta gonna stand behind you guys the entire time. Don't worry about learning how to use it, I can just borrow the knowledge from one of you guys."

"Oh you will be just standing behind the rest of us the whole time Mr Yager but you will have a means to defend yourself if something go wrong...and just borrowing a skill is no substitute for actually learning but I guess it will have to do for now."
The Flambeau said.
"Though the basic operations are not to complicated."

Anja wrote:"Well if the kid comes here and moves in we can ask him what will and will not be uncomfortable for him to be around."
Narim said and nodded.
Colin nodded, "Yes, but gently... No rushing him with everything and asking him what he thinks is scary. Not saying you would do that, but... we do have some enthusiastic members here who don't quite think things all the way through before acting..."

Anja wrote:"It...will take some doing to rehabilitate the kid then we can not expect just to release him and he will be fine."
The Virtual Adept muttered.
"And this Fio Giovanni do not sound like the nicest person in the world."
He added sourly.
"Tell me he is not just be released back onto the streets?"
He smiled darkly, "The only way he walks out of his present confinement is if the Law of Shade is shattered due to this plague, in which case it's The Hague for him. Otherwise, there's a Euthanatos who's requested and been approved to perform the final mercy. After his blood link to his Master has been severed, as a security measure."

Anja wrote:"I am happy for the man off course, Asencion is the end goal of us all, but I wish we could get his advice on this regardless, unfortunately if he Ascended he will not reincarnate either so we can not find his future self and ask them either."
Narim said and frowned.
He nodded, "Then again, he has an heir, if we find that one, they might be able to help establish a connection..."

Anja wrote:"Yes that would probably be wise."
The technomancer said.
"I do not wish the fate of what we do to the Fallen on anyone but that woman needs to be stopped."
He said darkly.
He nodded, "Well, we might not be able to capture her alive... though killed while resisting capture is perhaps a little too good for her, after all she's done. Freddy has had to filter a ridiculous amount of really horrid pornographic murder-movies to try to get some useful pictures of her, but the woman is slippery..."

Anja wrote:"I am not sure Mr Yager fully understand what he is able to do and how exceptional it is. Those men and women we rescued from Jace's labs, two of them wished to just go home and they where allowed to as soon as they where physically able, one did not survive she was to injured but the rest have been sent to collage Chantries, if they manage to learn magick they will become mages and if not they will be sent to the Mercere, they are off course marked by their experience but they manage to function and learn, that is quite impressive considering what they have been through."
Jeffry said solemnly
"They might have good lives again in the future."
He nodded, "Hence the Socratic method - trick him into thinking through what he's actually accomplished."

Anja wrote:"Why would said little shits do that?"
Jeffry asked.
"Well I can certainly teach her how to do the ward against metal in general, let us say in return for an equal number of sessions I get to borrow her to spar against Adley and Kyle as I teach them more combat magick and how to avoid being countered in combat."
He frowned, "Let's just say that the two apprentices who will do it are... reflective of the worst aspects of the Order's history in dealing with non-members... We'll need their Mentors' assistance at one point, three years hence, and the apprentices tag along and find an opportunity to mock the Fallen kid... A straight quid-pro-quo like that sounds agreeable, though; I'm sure Anna will be quite willing to throw in an extra few hours for free, too, since it gives her an opportunity to flex her muscles."

Anja wrote:"Agreed...we live in this timeline and we have to let it unfold instead of focusing on another, and that is if, and I do stress if we let him stay, if not we will find some safe placement for the boy."
The Flambeau said with a frown.
He nodded, "You do what you must, as we all do. First things first, find the location the kid's held, find Jace's laboratories, and obliterate the damnable ghost once and for all."

Anja wrote:"Let us just say my fans got a run for their money, and yeah they are indeed imps, they do not mean to do harm though they just do not always understand the consequences of their fun."
Narim replied with a bit of a sigh.
"But I got him out of there at least before to much damage was done."
He smiled wryly, "At the very least, they're not larger, more powerful fire spirits that don't understand why incarnate beings don't like being put on fire... That could have proved unhealthy."

Nicole wrote:A short pause before the Etherite replied. 'We're doing the "moving people" trick; the block had an apartment sold a few days back. We've just sorted the taking down of the vampire. Is this "crisis" linked to the other fun things of today?'
He nodded, "It is... We've found the name of the true culprit behind it all - Wallace Jace's ghost. He's trying to get his hands on a certain Avatar here, we're not letting that happen this time around. So, we need to get Dhal, and we need to find him the mundane way, it seems. I'll hold the fort here and start calling in favours and allies to finish the job for real this time, so you're in charge of the... recruitment drive. I'll expect a full report afterwards. Oh, and do you know of any Scientists in town working on the Ghostbusters technology? Tracking and containment?"

Nicole replied, the projector screen showing that she was pulling the pictures of FruFru off the page and putting them into a collage - the ones which the photographer had inadvertently given away the layout of the apartment. 'Don't think she'd fold over a creature which eats it's own fur, I don't. It's just a way of tightening up the pressure before we casually mention about letting her bedroom fill with Mr Sun.' the large woman explained. 'It's what cops call "letting the fucker sweat"; offer a bit of the info, then let the target's mind do it's worst... which is usually actually worse than what is real.'

"Yes no I doubt she will give up her life for her pet like I said but anything to give us the upper hand is a good thing for us."
Helena agreed with a nod.

'That doesn't work if we're dead.' Nicole said in a matter-of-fact way. 'And I don't expect you to use it - just to be able to hold it like you know you do.'

"Miss Bouchard have a point, an unpleasant point but a point non the less."
Helena said and frowned.
"And yes you will most likely never need to use the gun Mr Yager but not appearing completely helpless would be a good thing."

"You didn't make an overly detailed blog for your cat. But yeah, our minds usually overthinks things when left unchecked." Serge agreed.

"There is no doubt she loves the animal, and if we where holding her up for money I bet she would be willing to pay a great deal to see fluffball safely returned but there is a difference between loving your pet and being willing to surrender to someone who will most likely kill you in order to protect your pet."
Helena said simply.

"Yeah, point the gun at the thing you want to injure or kill and pull the trigger. " Serge said with a nod. "And then a bunch of trigger discipline rules."

"Then there is recoil...and not to mention actually being able to harm another living being something most of us have to train quite a bit to overcome."
The Flambeau said and she regarded Serge.

'The target is a vampire. A creature which commits assaults on a nightly basis, lies and cheats as often as we visit the head. We can assume they're pretty mentally hardened against shit like this.' Nicole replied, the projector screen showing that she was pulling the pictures of FruFru off the page and putting them into a collage - the ones which the photographer had inadvertently given away the layout of the apartment. 'The vampire may care about the cat. Does not automatically mean they would do anything to keep it safe.'

"I might have a better opinion on vampires but yes this is an apex predator, chances are she is not willing to die for her cat, neither would most human beings for that matter. One of my Cabalmates have a cat and yes he cares allot for the animal, he give it time, love and attention, take it to the vet for check up and give it everything it needs but if it stood between his life, or the life of his student and the cat I am pretty sure he would choose himself."
Helena said then she regarded the pictures you put up.
"Hum...this is the inside of the apartment?"
She asked.

[Narim's Room]

Colin nodded, "Yes, but gently... No rushing him with everything and asking him what he thinks is scary. Not saying you would do that, but... we do have some enthusiastic members here who don't quite think things all the way through before acting..."

"Yes off course I would not want to scare him more."
Narim agreed.
"And he would have to be handled gently."

Narim just nodded with a dark look in his eyes at that.
"Few deserve to be executed but with the crimes this man have done...he have to be kept of the streets permanently."

He nodded, "Then again, he has an heir, if we find that one, they might be able to help establish a connection..."

"Hum...you are sure the grand Seer will have an heir? And if so do you have any ideas about how to find this heir?"
The Virtual Adept asked.

"Yes it appear that is how she earns a living, slave trading and well torture and murder films of a pornographic nature. I have tried as well I have not seen any of her movies but I have written algorithms set to try to find a picture of her but no luck this far...she should be taken alive but dead is better than out there and still engaging in her ehm...movie making."
Narim said darkly.

He nodded, "Hence the Socratic method - trick him into thinking through what he's actually accomplished."

"I will leave that in your capable hands then Mr Wainwright."
Jeffry agreed.

"Do you know these apprentice's names and if we need the help of their Mentors we can actually keep an eye on them?"
Jeffry asked and you did Jason Tarly apprentice to Master Maximilian Harvell bani Bonisagus and Remy Allman apprentice to Vittoria Sopia D'Angelo.
"Very well then we have an arrangement we both agree to."
The old Hermetic said with a pleased nod.

He nodded, "You do what you must, as we all do. First things first, find the location the kid's held, find Jace's laboratories, and obliterate the damnable ghost once and for all."

"Yes off course, one problem at the time Mr Wainwright."
Jeffry agreed.

He smiled wryly, "At the very least, they're not larger, more powerful fire spirits that don't understand why incarnate beings don't like being put on fire... That could have proved unhealthy."

"Yes it could, they are like cats, cute because they are small but I would not like to meet a bear sized house cat."
Narim replied sounding amused.

"I know I know. Wasn't disagreeing with you." Serge replied hastily.

Anja wrote:"Miss Bouchard have a point, an unpleasant point but a point non the less."

But let's hope that situation doesn't arise. And if it does....well...hopefully my desire to live outweighs my reluctance to pull the trigger." he added, looking a little nervous as Helena brought that point up. The only time Serge killed or even grievously injured a person were the imaginary enemies he created in his dreams and he had a feeling that if he had to do the same in the real world wasn't going to be as easy.

Anja wrote:"Hum...this is the inside of the apartment?"

[Narim's room]

"I have noticed that, it is probably good to be careful about such instruments around this boy. However do wands have to be made of wood? I am sure I have seen some use ones made of metal or stone as well?"
The Virtual Adept inquired.

"Don't have to be wood. Mine wasn't. Isn't."

Colin nodded, "Wand merely denotes the basic shape - but I don't think even all wooden wands should necessarily be a problem, only the straight, smooth, unadorned sort. Ones with, say, a gem on the end or other such distinctions should be fine..."

"Mm."

"Oh no worries Adley remember I had six siblings, I am pretty used to grumpy in the mornings. Also my dad liked to get up before the sun and my mother liked to sleep in so yes I am sure I can handle a bit of grumpiness from you." The Virtual Adept said with the usual bittersweet look in his eyes he had when he spoke about his family.

"Alright."

"Yes I do not think that woman is on anyone's Christmas card list. But let us hope she is not involved we do not need one more powerful, immoral monster with magick to deal with at the moment."
Narim said and frowned.

"Got enough problems."

"I know I know. Wasn't disagreeing with you." Serge replied hastily.

Helena just nodded at this.

"Oh yeah. If what I read is true that recoil will break my arm." Serge said with a nod. "And...yeah...I didn't think about that. The harming other living beings things sucks. But let's hope that situation doesn't arise. The only time Serge killed or even grievously injured a person were the imaginary enemies he created in his dreams and he had a feeling that if he had to do the same in the real world wasn't going to be as easy.

"Don't count on it Mr Yager if the rest of us go down, you flee, you go back to the Chantry and get help."
The Flambeau instructed.
"Now as for recoil it depend on hos you use the gun and what gun you are using."

Serge glanced up at the projector as well, seeing what small bits of the apartment were revealed in those photos.

It was a comfortable looking apartment with beige and brown furniture, think carpets on the floor and paintings on the walls.

Yeah, I think it is the internals.'

"I could run these pictures through a program I have, I think we have enough to fill in the rest, I could get us a complete map of the apartment."
Jon offered.

In this case, chances are the worst Serge would need to do is threaten a rent-a-cop or two to let him leave the building.' the Etherite replied, clearly studying the images showing on the projector. 'But this is why I did offer to give anyone who needed it basic small arms training...'

"Let us hope so."
Bruce grunted.

'Now... we've staked and packaged up our cargo, and we carry them all out and put them in the truck. Nobody can peek 'cos the cases are drilled shut. What do we do if the super notices us coming out with 'em?'

"My spell should keep us unnoticed but if that fails I do believe Mr Yager said he could make the man...or woman, go away, remembering some urgent thing they have to take care of right then and there or some such."
Helena replied and she gave Serge a look.
"That would be the easiest way to deal with such a situation."

[Narim's room]

Don't have to be wood. Mine wasn't. Isn't."

The Virtual Adept nodded at that.
"As I suspected then, and then if you need to use it around this vampire it should not be a problem."

"Got enough problems."

"That we do."
The Virtual Adept agreed with a sigh.

Colin nodded, "He'll never be a free man again. Not just for what he has done, but for the completely oblivious, reckless danger the man is to both our kind and vampires, in terms of exposing us all to the Sleepers..."

"That is good."
Narim said darkly with a slight nod.

He smiled sheepishly, "i know he has one, present tense. And I do have ideas, but it's going to be complicated, and I don't think I'll be able to find them on my own. I'm afraid finding them is going to require the collected effort of several reincarnations of the First Cabal, and finding those, well..."

"Sometimes I wonder where you get your information Mr Wainwright."
The Virtual Adept said and he raised an eyebrow.
"Regardless that is a tricky task indeed."
He said.
"Where would you even begin to look for them all?"

He nodded, "I can quite understand why the entire Cult of Ecstasy has put a bounty on the woman's head."

"Indeed and a quite high bounty at that."
Narim said darkly.

He paused, just for a moment, "I do... Jason Tarly and Remy Allman, apprenticed respectively to Maximilian Harvell bani Bonisagus and once certain Vittoria Sophia D'Angelo bani Guernicus. I can hazard a guess as to how the two kids singled her out and learned her weak spot..."

"Yes well we are going to have to make sure the two young men do not...get any needles near your apprentice."
Jeffry said and he frowned.
"Hum...yes I remember Master D'Angelo said she had taken on a student...so he will be a little bastard as well, I can not say I am surprised."

He grinned, "Something like Toothless, perhaps? Ah, Freddy got How to Train Your Dragon for Anna last week. It was quite amusing, though Anna did not seem entirely sold on the dragons' behaviours, for some reason."

"That is an adorable movie."
Narim said and smiled.
"But no dragons tend to be a bit more...fierce, the few I have seen at least."
He added.

Nicole wrote:'In this case, chances are the worst Serge would need to do is threaten a rent-a-cop or two to let him leave the building.' the Etherite replied, clearly studying the images showing on the projector. 'But this is why I did offer to give anyone who needed it basic small arms training...'

"And I really wanted to take you up on that......but I was surprisingly busy." Serge said sheepishly.

Anja wrote:"Don't count on it Mr Yager if the rest of us go down, you flee, you go back to the Chantry and get help."
The Flambeau instructed.

"Gotcha. I'll teleport out if things go that badly." Serge said with a nod.

Anja wrote:"Now as for recoil it depend on hos you use the gun and what gun you are using."
Nicole wrote:'Unless I can find another, it'll be my Savage. It's only a little .32.' Nicole said. 'And if we fuck up that bad, he'll get back to the truck where Jon will be.'

"Don't you need to do some kind of weird martial arts gun stance if you wanna mitigate recoil? Don't think I'll have that luxury if I ever need to use it." Serge said, opening his phone and searching up the gun that Nicole had mentioned.

Nicole wrote:'You can if you want. But I don't really think we need it as unless it all shit-fan land we won't be fighting in the place. It's just so we can be familiar with the ...' Nicole replied, giving a frown to the screen. 'Shit. None of these pics show a bedroom. Where is the bedroom? What do we do if she has a hidden compartment in the place or something?'

"If she's hiding in a hidden room then my magick can still sense her. I can also read her mind to figure out how to get into that room in the first place." Serge replied. "I'm sure other people here have their own ways of uncovering hidden things but that's just my way."

Nicole wrote:'Now... we've staked and packaged up our cargo, and we carry them all out and put them in the truck. Nobody can peek 'cos the cases are drilled shut. What do we do if the super notices us coming out with 'em?'
Anja wrote:"My spell should keep us unnoticed but if that fails I do believe Mr Yager said he could make the man...or woman, go away, remembering some urgent thing they have to take care of right then and there or some such."
Helena replied and she gave Serge a look.
"That would be the easiest way to deal with such a situation."

"Yeah that sounds like a problem for me. I can fix it if it something like that happens." Serge said nodding in agreement with Helena's suggestion.

Nicole wrote:'Who is "the Boss" of our happy band of movers? Can't be the kid, for obvious reasons. Y'know, the one who we will look to if we're questioned about our job or shit.'

"You or Bruce." Serge said. "Likely Bruce though. He looks the most like a mover out of all of us. Massive, Large muscles and used to carrying heavy objects."

'Unless I can find another, it'll be my Savage. It's only a little .32.' Nicole said. 'And if we fuck up that bad, he'll get back to the truck where Jon will be.'

"It is a fair weapon, and yes Mr Sherman will get Mr Yager safely back to the Chantry safely where vengeance will be planned."
Helena said simply.

'You can if you want.

"I will put it on the low priority list then."
Jon replied and nodded, what you said made him look through the pictures on the screen though and he tapped at his phone several times.
"Hum...yes...let me see, no no we got this, you see this is the lay out of the top floor apartments, they have two bedrooms and we see those, this is probably the slave's bedroom and this place here which is an office."
He said and pointed.
"But they are also supposed to have a wash room and a storage unit, you have the wash room here with the pictures of FruFru playing in the dirty laundry, but no pictures of the storage unit, which is the only room in the apartment without windows, my guess is our target have turned the storage unit into a bedroom and the door to it should be right there."
He said and pointed at a picture of FruFru playing with a green ball in the hallway.
"They have just put some fae paneling over the door...give me a moment."
He said as he enlarged the picture.
"You can see where the paneling is slide right there at the top, like a sliding door."
The Virtual Adept said and pointed and there was indeed the metal lines there the ones used for sliding doors hidden at the top and bottom of the paneling at the wall where the door to the storage room should be.

Who is "the Boss" of our happy band of movers? Can't be the kid, for obvious reasons. Y'know, the one who we will look to if we're questioned about our job or shit.'

"It seams you know more about the moving business than the rest of us so I suggjest you do that job."
Helena replied to te question.

"And I really wanted to take you up on that......but I was surprisingly busy." Serge said sheepishly.

"That will be a priority for you to learn kid."
The Flambeau said sternly.
"You never know when such a skill might save your life."

"Gotcha. I'll teleport out if things go that badly." Serge said with a nod.

"If you can not get out by more Paradox free means then yes do so."
Helena agreed.

"Don't you need to do some kind of weird martial arts gun stance if you wanna mitigate recoil? Don't think I'll have that luxury if I ever need to use it." Serge said, opening his phone and searching up the gun that Nicole had mentioned.

"No you need to hold the gun in a way so that your wrist is kept straight and usually you support your grip with your other hand, you can not avoid recoil...you can turn it into fireballs but not avoid it but you can make sure you are not damaged."
Helena said and she helt out her thin arm.
"Same thing as with punching someone, if my wrist is bent like this it will get hurt, it is not strong and the force impact the joint directly, if it is kept straight the impact is portioned up the arm and do less damage."
She said as she demonstrated ways to hold her hand.
"Just think straight joints strong, bent joints weak, so the gangsta floppy gun hold, no, just no. Also aim the gun with your dominant hand and support it with the other."

If she's hiding in a hidden room then my magick can still sense her. I can also read her mind to figure out how to get into that room in the first place." Serge replied. "I'm sure other people here have their own ways of uncovering hidden things but that's just my way."

"There are only so many places she can be but yes that could be useful."
Jon said and nodded.

"Yeah that sounds like a problem for me. I can fix it if it something like that happens." Serge said nodding in agreement with Helena's suggestion.

Helena just nodded at that.

"You or Bruce." Serge said. "Likely Bruce though. He looks the most like a mover out of all of us. Massive, Large muscles and used to carrying heavy objects."

"Well Nicole is not exactly a tiny, dainty little flower herself."
Bruce said with a chuckle.

'Bystanders will generally keep out of it, the super will back down if a piece is aimed at them and chances are so would the rent-a-cops.'

"Agreed, most likely this will be a fairly easy job, if something go sideways return to Jon and let him know and only use vulgar magick in front of sleepers if there is no other way to stay alive."
Helena agreed.

'I agree that it should be Bruce. Really hate to fucking say it... but 'cos he's a guy.' giving a little scowl. 'It'll be expected, so we do best to work with those expectations rather than against 'em.'

"It works better with the spell I am casting if everything is as expected."
Helena said and nodded. Bruce just gave a nod and a grunt that he would do the job.

"You can what?" Serge said looking intrigued at the mention of turning recoil into fireballs. Then with a sigh he said, "And I don't really get it. Kinda hard to without seeing it first. But that's why I'll be borrowing the information. I'll learn it properly at a later time."

Anja wrote:"Well Nicole is not exactly a tiny, dainty little flower herself."

"Yeah, that too." Serge said, trying to sound as if that thought hadn't crossed his mind. He hadn't mentioned that particular fact and seeing Nicole's scowl reassured him that that was the right decision.

"I store the energy from the recoil in my gun and use that to create fireballs with when I need it, now I can make them out of nothing but it saves on Quintessence use to have a base."
The Flambeau explained.
"Very well I guess that is going to have to do for today."
She said with a sigh.

"Yeah, that too." Serge said, trying to sound as if that thought hadn't crossed his mind. He hadn't mentioned that particular fact and seeing Nicole's scowl reassured him that that was the right decision.

Bruce grunted again and nodded.

'Good. That's that sorted.'

Jon nodded at that.
"It seams so yes."

'Oww... are you saying my childhood dream of being a ballerina ain't gonna happen then?' ending with a smirk.

"You could be a very large ballerina, but nah it is better to be able to defend oneself in a fight anyway."
Bruce said with another grunt.

If that happens, leave without me. While I can't speak for the others, I think I can make my own way back if in trouble. Wouldn't be the first time.'

"Indeed so, if we get separated or most of us gets taken down it is better to withdraw and the ones who are down either are dead in which case dying for the dead serve no purpose or we will find a way to escape, so in that case run, kid, run and get to safety."
Helena said with a nod. Antonio raised an eyebrow.
"Yes well, quite right but even so...let us hope our mission do not get quite that badly out of hand."

Anja wrote:"Sometimes I wonder where you get your information Mr Wainwright."
The Virtual Adept said and he raised an eyebrow.
"Regardless that is a tricky task indeed."
He said.
"Where would you even begin to look for them all?"
Colin smiled enigmatically, "I get memories from here and there, from now and then... and, of course, various people in this strange and magical world whose information I can trust. One day, you'll be informed of some secrets of mine, too... but not today."

Anja wrote:"Yes well we are going to have to make sure the two young men do not...get any needles near your apprentice."
Jeffry said and he frowned.
"Hum...yes I remember Master D'Angelo said she had taken on a student...so he will be a little bastard as well, I can not say I am surprised."
He nodded, "It also explains why the Senior Quaesitor will not be handling that trial, obviously... Well, I'm sure there will be ample goading and grooming before the shit hits the fan..."

Anja wrote:"That is an adorable movie."
Narim said and smiled.

He frowned, "Alas, still haven't found a backup I like. You know how it is, trying to find a model that rests comfortably in the hand... Rather not send with him my registered handgun, either - for all of the reasons. Perhaps I should find the money to have a custom piece designed..."

He nodded, "It also explains why the Senior Quaesitor will not be handling that trial, obviously... Well, I'm sure there will be ample goading and grooming before the shit hits the fan..."

"It would not be legal for her to handle a case that involves her own student, I feel sorry for the kid, I know I should respect the honored Quesitor but something is...well better not talk about it here, but when shit hit the fan I fear her student will go down together with her."
Jeffry said darkly.

He nodded, "And often quite a bit more verbal, I believe?"

"The ones I have seen do not directly talk or at least not often and when they do they speak Enochian which I do not understand, but others I hear can be quite chatty."
Narim said and he smiled a little.
"They are beautiful creatures."

[Narim's Room]

Colin smiled and nodded, "Of course. And one secret, you will share in eventually, as Deacon Primus. What sort of strong drink do you favour?"

"I guess so...I hope I will be able to do a good job at that."
Narim said and he looked down for a moment.
"I am still unsure why Master Steelhaven chose me, I mean both Jeffry and Amadeus have more experience than me."
He said softly then he looked up again.
"Ehm...I do not drink allot of alcohol to be honest, though I have found cherry brandy, baileys and such sweet drinks to my liking, I guess I have a bit of a sweet tooth why do you ask?"

He nodded, "I know... perhaps more than you do..."

Jeffry gave you a bit of a look.
"Dare I ask?"
He muttered.
"Though I hope in the future we can do...something about corruption in the Order's ranks."

He smiled wryly, "Yes, the ones speaking only Enochian are... inconvenient. Fortunately, I've found a number of human-speaking spirits to converse with, such as a certain spirit of the cooking fumes. Always great company while I'm making breakfast, that one."

"Yes I have seen her."
Narim said with a nod.
"I think that when it comes to many Bygones they have lived their lives in the Umbra so while they are not themselves spirits, many of them know the language of spirits and not any human languages and lack the ability of Umbroods to communicate in concepts."
