"Yeah Dr Wong should be back with Kira soon."
Anna agreed which got Yu Die to sigh again.
"But yeah Freddy would love to see you all dressed up dad, if she is awake, she is doing better thought is she not?"
The apprentice asked sounding concerned.

He chuckled, "Might not be the best for her if her blood pressure spikes... but I suppose I could escort Kira down again in place of the good doctor, I'm sure he'll have his hands full with other patients right about now."
He frowned, a dark look in his eyes as he finished the tea, "Lilyandra had... victims. Which reminds me. Hum..."
He set the empty cup in the sink, got a small bag and gently placed the little urn with the Toreador's ashes in it, checked that his Chaos wand was not causing an undue bulge, and adjusted his rings one last time, "I should call Crexia, too... Very well, I should be back in a few hours. If I'm not in by half past ten, you had best be in bed by the time I come home. And no giggling."

Heading up the stairs, he called Crexia.

"So I know her but we are not on first name basis."

The young apprentice said with a smile. As you stood there talking the doctor herself came up the stairs with her medical bag.
"The examination is done."
She said.
"Can anyone have the samples sent to my lab so they can be analyzed?"
The she noticed Nicole and gave oe of those slight smiles that sort of stretched her face wierdly that was a friendly gesture in her case.
"Ah Scientist Bouchard nice to see you."

"That's a lotta people." Serge said glancing around the many victims surrounding, only realizing there true numbers once he drew his attention in their direction. Seeing so many people caused him to feel a sharp pain in his chest. So much needless suffering.

Another part of him also sighed heavily. He wouldn't dare tell anyone but he was exhausted and wasn't sure how much longer he could keep going. Still he pushed himself forwards as he had always done. Telling himself that the exhaustion he felt was a false narrative imposed upon him by the world and that his body was capable of so much more.

One thing he realized was that he couldn't tend to all of them one at a time. That invited paradox. He needed away to soothe there pain all at once. He glanced up and said, "Does....anyone have the capability of sticking me to the ceiling? Or reversing my gravity? Either one works I'm not too fussy. "

I'd like to invite you to attend the ending of that... enthusiast, and to aid with the capture of Lily, in a few days. Also, do the names Livia and Senator Marius Drusus mean anything to you? Lilyandra had a statue bearing those names, and I suspect something more than mere coincidence..."

"A few are responding well to teament and should be able to recover, a few others will recover with time and care but some of these...the pysical damage ca be repaired but the psycological damage...well we will do what we can for them that is what I promised to do."

"I have some contacts at a Chantry for elderly and Quiet mages that offer long time care so I might be able to get a few of these pepole placed there if their own societies can nto care for them."

The troll has a... particular predilection for torturing his own with iron, it seems, so, well... I don't know how long he'll get to enjoy life and liberty."
He paused for a moment, "I hear rumours there is a troll near a bridge I'll be visiting later tonight, too, though I don't know how much stock can be put into that. Sounds entirely like too much of a fairy tale, but then again..."

Kira looked tired she was still taumatized and scared and Dr Wog tried to gently help her up the stairs, when he noticed you he gave a polite nod.

He said and Kira gave a tired smile.

However their olitics are complicated and do get bloody, especially when non fae gets ivolved."

"So where will I be brought now then? I don't think there are room in the infirmary it is pretty crowded."

He sighed, "Also, Dr. Wong, I'm afraid Yu Die is still most displeased with you. It... might be better if you pass any regards on via Dr. Lee for now, give her a few days to cool off. Hum, Lady Crexia will be visiting soon, but until then... you'll want to confer with Chief Morgan, I believe he's still downstairs. But as Kira is not in immediate danger here, it might be possible to find someone willing to host her until her Mentor arrives."
Turning to Kira, he added, "If that sounds acceptable to you? I'm sure you would prefer to not be in the infirmary right now, anyway..."

The Akashic sigh and nodded sadly.
"I will give Yu Die the time she needs, I just hope that trut can be rebuilt. How is she doing Mr Wainwright?"

He smiled wryly, "Unsurprisingly, she is quite resentful, but otherwise in good health. I fear you'll find trust a difficult prospect... forgiveness, on the other hand, can be more easily earned...
