He continued this line of conversation for the rest of the trip, talking with Beatrics about increasingly eccentric things that he hoped to see Concordia while drawing the interesting environment he saw while riding the Carriage.

"Master Morgan do not live here he rent to place out so I doubt he would deal with a spirit to serve him other than guards, and we are capable of doing things for ourselves."

"My point was not eating now however if you have an idea of what you want I could call ahead and ask my Mentor to pick up some groceries for later."

"Oh! Yeah that make sense. Ummmmmm...." Serge said staring at the chandelier as he thought about what to eat. "Pizza? That's something anyone can enjoy."

"There are quite a few mages who use religious symbols in their working in one way or another so I suspect we can find quite a range, and while I might not be able to afford white gold and diamonds I can afford to get you something proper to work with."

"It is important to have your tools, you never know when you might need your magick for something. A Hermetic once said a magus' spells are his life and he know each one of them like he know his own children. We are mages so being able to do willworking is as necessary for us as it is for birds to be able to fly."
The old Verbena gave a slight smile.

Meridia is fine with anything, so long as she can adequately invest herself in it, no sparkles required. "No diamonds or white gold necessary, I promise!"

She thinks on his next statement for a little while before nodding slowly. "My faith is the most important thing to me nowadays, and my willworking is just an extension of that. I imagine some people think differently to that. You must understand what I mean? I would be lost without that guidance, a path to live by."  

"With all that is happening lately, it might make some doubt, knowing that there is a purpose, that nothing is ever just random malicious chance... It helps keep me sane."

"A blade is a blade and an exacto knife is sharper than my sickle or ritual dagger so it make a pretty fine cut, but I admit it do not have the same flair, and as mages we must allow ourselves a bit of flair, but if you suddenly find yourself without weapons and tools and in need of some aggressive shrubbery to deal with a HIT Mark you will use what you have."

The old Verbena said before he offered to take the two younger mages' bags and then headed towards the door.

"You'll have to tell me that story sometime, if we stick around!"

Meridia pats Tragedy's shoulder encouragingly before following along, eager to have some fresh tools at hand to perform workings with.

"Can I use my debit card here? I'd like to get few ritual items and if we are going to be in Horizon for long a temporary Chemistry set"

Oh! Yeah that make sense. Ummmmmm...." Serge said staring at the chandelier as he thought about what to eat. "Pizza? That's something anyone can enjoy."

"Well yes, we can always order pizza later...ok then let us check out the rest of the house then."
Beatrice said as she turned the light of again and headed out of the kitchen.

He hopped out of the carriage and snapped to a salute, "Adeptus Colin Wainwright, and Nicole Bouchard bani Sons of Ether, of Chantry Steelhaven Hall. We're here to urgently question a Fallen prisoner named Kallan, one of our captives, some information in his possession has come to light. Would you kindly arrange an escort to his cell?"

The guard regarded you and Nicole for a moment then he nodded.
"I can not but I can escort you to my superior who can approve or reject your request to see a prisoner."
He offered.
"I am Julian Goodwin Hermes bani Guernicus of the Security Council."
He added with a polite nod.

"I understand Miss Porter, I ahve my own beliefs even if my faith is more in nature herself, in the cycles of nature to which we all are all part, though I might personify those processes as gods to make them easier to relate to. But I do think it is great guidance and comfort in being part of something bigger than yourself."
Amadeus said with a nod. He opened the door to the clinic, letting in a young man with a bad burn on his arm before leading the two younger mages out.

Turning back to the Quaesitor, he continued, "Very well, Officer Goodwin, we're all yours."

The Quesitor lead the way into the castle, into a long, gray corridor with weapons and magickal glyphs decorating the wall, before one door he stopped.
"Wait here please."
He said to Colin and Nicole and knocked on the door and then went inside, after a few moments he returned and said.
"Quesitor Voigt will see you now."

He said to Colin and Nicole and knocked on the door and then went inside, after a few moments he returned and said.
"Quesitor Voigt will see you now."

I'm afraid it is rather urgent."

Quesitor Voigt is a tall, thin woman of about 70, or that is what she looked like at least with white hair in a no nonsense bun and wearing straight black, knee length skirt, a white blouse and a black knitted jacket, she also had pearls in her hear and had a pin in the shape of the Quesitor scales of justice as a pin holding her blouse closed and the symbol of the Security Council on her jacket. The woman regarded Colin and Nicole coldly with her blue eyes then spoke with a sharp German accent.
"And your business with the prisoner Adeptus Wainwright, as you know Mr Kallen have been sentenced to Gilgul, he will be desperate we are hesitant to let anyone in to see him...for security reasons."

Also... he may know something about compromised individuals here... in fact, I fear he may be in the process of being tortured to death right now by one such person."

She perks up at the mention of symbols, eager to get a good look. A rosary would be nice, but she would happily take just a wooden cross, some beads or a disc of some kind. The most important thing for her in terms of symbols was a powerful, recognised symbol of worship, something she could focus her energies upon and release them through.

Beatrice nodded and headed into the door to the right, there was a small bedroom there, once it had probably been a servant's quarters, it had a bed, a desk and a chest for belongings and little else, a colorful patchwork blanket lay on the bed and on the wall there was the painting of a cottage in a idyllic wood.

"I should tell you, Beatrice and Jeffry's apprentice Kyle...they are widderslainte, though they are those rare among their kind who fight their corruption, Bee was sentenced, three years ago and Branded and later a over zealous Quesitor tried to Gilgul her...it was stopped in time and her business is about re wording her sentence so it can not be exploited again. Kyle though...he have to stand trial, we hope for the best and he stand a good chance but it can also go very, very badly."

She ask in a friendly, motherly tone of voice. Her shop smelled of herbs and old books.

He said as he walked towards a set of stone stairs.
"Also the prisoner will be desperate, please do take care and do not bring any weapons into the cell."

You got out into the hallway again and Goodwin nodded.

He said as he walked towards a set of stone stairs.
"Also the prisoner will be desperate, please do take care and do not bring any weapons into the cell."

He nodded and unholstered his pistol and pulled up a slim dagger from the back of his belt, "Of course. Nick, if you would care to hold on to these? I am quite comfortable with the sensation, but I believe it will be better if Miss Bouchard remains outside."

I fear my temper is about to get tested if Green is indeed torturing Kallan for the sake of inflicting pain..."

"I have a slight leaning toward the abrahamic faiths, just out of familiarity, but I could work with anything at a stretch! Anything with a connection to divinity, and recognisable to the average person."

"This came in today it is carved from lignum vitae."
She said and she showed you a rosary with a crucifix end piece and a pair of folded hands holding a rose as the centerpiece and beads made to look like roses, the wood was a lovely dark brown with a hint of green.
"I also have several crosses made of common crystals, and some glass rosaries. I believe I also have some copper Star of David and if Kabbalah is your thing several versions of the Tree of Life."
