[Colin] (Speaking with Dalisse at the Labyrinth 3 in the afternoon.)

Colin nodded, "And no soldier enjoys serving under an officer whose competence and loyalty they're not confident in."

"Then it is similar to me then Sir, I flourish best when someone else leads but it must be someone I have coomplete confudence in."
Heather said and she gave you a big warm smile at being understood, something that was probably a rarity for her.

He nodded, "She knows the terror that will befall her if such a collar is not available... dreadful fear of needles, you know. And rest assured, I will give her as much liberty as I can afford - though much of the time that will be sensory magic at most, I'm afraid, at least for a while. All the same, I will not use the collar in cruelty; after all, the girl is precious to me, and I won't be allowed to be much of a grandfather to her future child if we end up estranged, will I? Your concern is, of course, appreciated. In fact, I'd appreciate it if you and your Mistress might accept the title of honourary aunts."

"I understand that she will have to be restricted to sensory magick for a while for the most part that can be a problem but as long as magick is allowed it should prevent her from becoming to sad...perhaps you can even turn it into something positive, I know a Hermetic of House Bonisagus who have become an expert on sensory magick, learning all the Spheres one after the other until he was able to sense and feel everything, that might inspire her."
Heather said and nodded then she smiled a little.
"It would be my Mistress's decicion whatever or not to accept being honorary aunts but I would like to very much Sir."
She said then she turned more serious.
"It is that the girl have no choice but to accept the collar or something she will experience as horrible will happen to her, the serum is bad enough for an adult with no particular phobias, but for a child, not to mention a phobic child...she will not have much of a choice. I do not share her phobia but when I was a kid I was terrified of being in a boat, I saw my uncle drown in an accident when I was real little and until I went to theraphy so I could attend a school trip that I otherwise would have had to miss, I could not even stand the sight of a boat. I know how strong such fear cam become, your apprentice will not be given a real chance for consent for that collar. For there to be consent it have to be free consent...that is what consern me, she will not be given a chance to freely consent."
The young Cultist said sounding concerned then she looked down.
"But forgive me Sir this decicion is between you and my Mistress I am just...voicing my concerns about it."
She added politely.

He nodded, "Likely so, unless Master Adimari has sat down to discuss things with her... that might calm her."

"Yes Sir I imagine that would calm her if she are being told she will not be executed or...or...worse...that probably would calm her indeed."
Heather agreed.

He nodded, "Good - it's going to be grisly enough work if not participants get crippled by pain in the process."

"Grissly work indeed, but the poor being...that poor little boy...Dain was his name...Dain...sometimes death is the only mercy that may be offered."
Dalissa said sadly.

[Dalisse's Chambers, 3 PM]
"Then it is similar to me then Sir, I flourish best when someone else leads but it must be someone I have coomplete confudence in."

Colin nodded, then smiled and tapped the side of his nose, "I have happened to see the future, a few years down the line... She was still wearing her own collar at the time - open. There may be a bit of rough time ahead, but eventually, our lords and masters will stop being scared of her. The collar being closed is just a temporary safety measure - for her own protection, so other more traditional Magi won't be scared by her presence."

"Yes Sir I imagine that would calm her if she are being told she will not be executed or...or...worse...that probably would calm her indeed."
Heather agreed.
He nodded, "When you're grasping at straws, you can really appreciate someone handing you a ladder..."

"Grissly work indeed, but the poor being...that poor little boy...Dain was his name...Dain...sometimes death is the only mercy that may be offered."
Dalissa said sadly.
He nodded, "Rest his soul... His sister still feels for the poor child, you know..."

Colin smiled, "Obviously, you have complete faith in your wife."

"I do Sir, I would trust her with my life...I would trust her with my soul, and she have earned that trust, holding back when I wanted to surrender to her more, making sure we waited until we where absolutely sure that trust where real. She is a good person Sir and I love her very much I am lucky to have her."
Heather said with a loving smile.

Colin nodded, then smiled and tapped the side of his nose, "I have happened to see the future, a few years down the line... She was still wearing her own collar at the time - open. The collar being closed is just a temporary safety measure - for her own protection, so other more traditional Magi won't be scared by her presence."

The young Cultist nodded at that.
"I understand Sir...I guess I am not opposed to it then, as long as you are kind to her and let her have as much freedom as possible and resonable for a young girl. The Deacon Prima of my Chantry have a servant, he was a member of the Order of Hermes but he was cast out and a Wizard's March where called against him, the Prima have offered him sanctuary at Lavender, his crime was a thing that is illegal in the Order of Hermes but not at the Traditions as a whole so while on shaky grounds her offering him sanctuary in return for his servitude are legal...but he knows that if the Prima throw him out of the Chantry he is dead as soon as another Hermetic see him...the Prima says she have to be even more vigilent in being fair to this man, since he is in a power unequal relation to her than she would with someone who could leave, his consent to things she asks of him would then not really be free so she have to be careful what she asks of him and be ever vigilent in herself so she never abuse the situation."

He nodded, "When you're grasping at straws, you can really appreciate someone handing you a ladder..."

"Indeed very much so Sir."
Heather said and smiled.
"I wish her good luck with her new Mentor then."

He nodded, "Rest his soul... His sister still feels for the poor child, you know..."

Dalisse nodded at that.
"Rest his soul indeed, as for his sister I am glad she do not know about all the other siblings she have had before she was born, who was born to Lady Larson and for her then to turn into things of horror that she needed. I do wonder at time wh she decided to keep Hannah and raise her."
She said and frowned.

He nodded, "But then, there's always a power imbalance between Mentor and apprentice - and a measure of vigilance is always necessary."

"Indeed very much so Sir."
Heather said and smiled.
"I wish her good luck with her new Mentor then."
He smiled wryly, "If your wife permits, I suppose you could tell her yourself."

He pondered, "There is power in twins... I suppose it is quite plausible Larson always thought her Caul's twin could be a valuable asset in the long run. Sentimentality doesn't seem very likely..."

[Colin] (Speaking with Dalisse at the Labyrinth 3 in the afternoon.)

Colin smiled, "I am glad for you both; that level of trust is sadly rare."

"It is...far to rare Sir and being with someone you trust så perfectly is very nice, whatever or not it is a power exhange relationship."
Heather said and smiled a little.

He nodded, "But then, there's always a power imbalance between Mentor and apprentice - and a measure of vigilance is always necessary."

"Agreed, in some Traditions a student is even the property of the Mentor so there is that, but when you also fully control her magick, knows where she is and are offered the control over your student that the collar brings to the table Sir, perhaps then vigilence will be even more needed."
Heather said then she looked down.
"Ah forgive me Sir I am overstepping it is not my place to say what you should do in relation to your own student."

He smiled wryly, "If your wife permits, I suppose you could tell her yourself."

"I would like that Sir, it is always nice to make new friends."

"I suspect that where her reasoning originally at least though over time I think Lady Larson came to grow fond of her child, not that it would stop her from sacrificing her if it would serve her needs off course."
Dalisse said and frowned.
"But she did not force Hannah to enter the Caul, but that might be cause the one time she tricked the girl to enter, her brother spit her back out unharmed."

'Purple-pink two-tone was mine.' Nicole commented as she started to move the stuff off the bed. 'Not my choice, mind... Hm - never knew you could get plushie plants.'

Once the mattress had been shifted, looked at the frame. 'Yeah, think it'll do. Know how to take out a hard drive, do you?' looking to Fran, noticing she'd moved towards the desk.

[Adley and Nicole] (Labyrinth, Jeffry's strike team at 3)

'Purple-pink two-tone was mine.' Nicole commented as she started to move the stuff off the bed. 'Not my choice, mind... Hm - never knew you could get plushie plants.'

"I had a plushie fireflower from Super Mario when I was a kid, I think you can get plushie anything."
Fran said and shrugged.
"It always made me want to learn Forces after I Awakened, that whole fireflower thing...I do not seam to have much talent for it though."
She continued.

Once the mattress had been shifted, looked at the frame. 'Yeah, think it'll do. Know how to take out a hard drive, do you?' looking to Fran, noticing she'd moved towards the desk.

"I do at that, I just wanted to check if there was anything interesting in the drawers first you know, there might be notebooks or something like that."
The Euthanathos said as she opened the drawers of the desk and started rumaging around.
"Then I will get the hard drive out of the computer...do we bring the tablet as well?"

Colin shook his head, "Under the circumstances, you have a rather unique insight into the delicacy of the situation; I appreciate your advice. Mind you, I have every intention of be quite cautions with how much I control her, as such - she'll have as much wiggle room as I can get away with. At the very least, the collar won't be used to track her location 24/7 - though I might use it for such if I suspect she is in trouble... she's no property to me, she is family."

"I would like that Sir, it is always nice to make new friends."

But personally I'd mud wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock, and a sack of French porn.' "I think perhaps the restriction of her magick will be the hardest part, I mean for me giving my Mistress that control is thrilling, but the few times she have restricted it, or when those men put those cuffs on me, that was quite terrifying."
Heather said and looked down at her wrist.
"We are mages, magick is a part of us after all. I do think you will be a good Mentor to your student though and I believe you when you say you are going to treat her well Sir."
She added and smiled.
"Like I said it is just her lack of choice I have a problem with but I understand that at times there are no choices to offer."

He nodded, "I think she might appreciate that, too - she's going to need all the friends she can get for the first little while."

"I will with my Mistress' premission try to be a friend to her then."
Heather promised and smiled.

"I am not so sure what this Black Adder you speak of are other than a serpant of source but yes you are right, Lady Larson looks out for herself and her own goals before anything else...anything that is other that Ojan, I think she truly loved him in her own way."
Dalisse said and nodded.
"But the Nephandi do try to bring out the worst in our members and with Lisa Larson doing that was not a hard job I imagine."

'Heh... perhaps now.' Nicole replied, now pulling the bed-frame out to start unscrewing it. 'Kept on being given a load of bears, bunnies and kittens in pastels, I did. Still remember the time Mom refused to get me that stegosaurus.' taking a look at the bolts on this frame, whether she's got the right tool for the job.

'Yeah, tablet too. Less chance of the Chief complaining if we come back with a carts-worth of gear for investigating afters.' ending with a little smile.

"My parents have always been pretty cool that way I got action figures and dolls, they where non to pleased at me spraying paint on the walls and they took some getting used to my choice of attire but they have always been rather cool."
Fran said as she rumaged through the desk drawers and came up with a pink diary and flipped it open.

The screws where pretty standard so you had the tools needed to loosen them and take the bed apart.

'Yeah, tablet too. Less chance of the Chief complaining if we come back with a carts-worth of gear for investigating afters.' ending with a little smile.

"Well the Chief is a technophobe so he might just complain but I think he will like the intel we bring him."
Fran said as she picked up the tablet and put it in her bag and then set to work on turning the computer of and taking the hard drive out.
"The last page in the diary of the woman who lived here, it said she allmost hoped Larson's plan would fail for she had a date tomorrow and she was not ready for the world to end, I am not sure if that comment is endearing or creepy."
The Euthanathos commented.
"I guess there where some humanity left in her."

"Indeed it is kid, and also remember all that exist is nature, not just what is not man made."
Able said and smiled.
"This house is nature a skyscraper is nature and a tree is nature, it is all a part of life, even if we might want to dial back a bit on the man made shit that harm our planet though, that to is part of nature."

"That makes sense. Man is a part of nature so it follow that the things we create are natural as well. If only we could stop destroying the planet in the process of creating. Serge said with a wry grin. I guess I'd be more in-tuned with the spirits of man-made natural things. Was never really a nature guy myself. Hope that microwave spirit has some good stories to tell." Serge commented with a smile.

"So we are Mr Yager."
The Dreamspeaker said as you helped him down into a chair.
"A cup of coffee would be lovely, thank you so much for your help kid, I am not going to forget your kindness."
He said with a bright smile.

"No problem. I do what I can to help." Serge said as he went to the kitchen nearby to make the bitter drink.

He remembered doing this exact task the moment he got to Steelhaven, having had to make breakfast for Siege. He located the coffee maker and using his prior experiences poured out a cup of Coffee for the injured man.

'Eh... some are - mine wasn't one of those. She wanted daughters to do the girly crap with. Not one who trailed mud through the house, put Barbie heads on spikes and pulled apart TV's out of curiosity.' Nicole replied in an off-hand manner, mainly focusing in removing the bolts of the bed. 'Think she felt if she "corrected" enough I'd become homecoming queen in some pink frilly number or something.' ending with a chuckle.

'But that makes no fucking sense. If you don't want the world to end, why the hell would you join a group that did?' she said, on hearing about the Fallen's diary entry.

[Serge] (In the make shift infirmary at 3 in the afternoon.)

"Indeed, we are all part of nature and so are what we create, but human beings get greedy and destroy to create ever more stuff."
Able said then he smiled a little.
"Well a microvave spirit would be able to tell you exactly how to cook thing in a microwave at least. But a spirit are what they are, it are not likely to have any interest in anything but being a microwave."

"Thank you I appriciate it."
The Dreamspeaker said as you headed to the kitchen. You got the cup of coffee made rather quickly, it was a simple task after all and soon the warm coffee smell filled the small kitchen.

[Adley and Nicole] (Labyrinth, Jeffry's strike team at 3)

'Eh... some are - mine wasn't one of those. She wanted daughters to do the girly crap with. 'Think she felt if she "corrected" enough I'd become homecoming queen in some pink frilly number or something.' ending with a chuckle.

"I did allot of the girly stuff and allot of the boy stuff as well, I never really though of it as girl stuff and boy stuff. I liked dolls, the old ones the ones made out of poercelain and such and I liked toy cars and action figures, as long as I where healthy and did okey in school my parents did not much care what I did."
Fran said as she worked on the computer.
"I really can not see you in anything frilly then again with a pair of good boots and a leather jacket over it...who knows."
She joked with a grin.
"Well who decide what is girly and what is not anyway, unless we are talking about delivering children there are very few things a woman can do that a man can not and vice versa and with magick even that is not an absolute."

'But that makes no fucking sense. If you don't want the world to end, why the hell would you join a group that did?' she said, on hearing about the Fallen's diary entry.

"Oh but she did want the world to end just not right here and now I persume, she wanted to have her date first. And remember many Fallen are lured the the Nephandi not completely of their own free will and even with the Cauls it takes some time before super nihilism sets in good and proper."
Fran muttered.

"That would actually be awesome! I never know the right time to heat up popcorn. Their's always some kernels left at the bottom of the bag." Serge said humorously.

"Thank you I appriciate it."
The Dreamspeaker said as you headed to the kitchen. You got the cup of coffee made rather quickly, it was a simple task after all and soon the warm coffee smell filled the small kitchen.

"One Coffee for the spirit dude." Serge said as he brought the warm Coffee to Mr. Valente. "Hope you like it."

Thorn gave you a thin smile. The man on the floor looked at you and slightly nodded but he continued to cry softly still begging to be allowed to go home to his family between bouts of terrified murmur that Jace would return.

He nodded back to the man, he knew it would take a long time to be able to accept that Jace was indeed not going to hurt him and so all he could do for now was get the stuff off of him and get him out of the damned place. The elemental helped with the latter and he tried to keep eye contact with the man so he didn't lose it, though he was not sure if it helped or not. "You are not being harmed, it is air...a spirit friend is removing the liquid, that is all."

The figure with the shimmering wings turned when you spoke to her and then glided over to you, she was quite stunning and seeing her eyes you saw infinite wastness and infinite smallness at the same time, it was quite dizzying and impossible to fully understand but it did fill you with a new vigor. "You can see me?" The figure asked in Enochian and she adjusted her wings a little and then her dress she sounded rather distressed and confused.

He blinked, looking like he just looked at the sun by accident and had gotten starstruck. "Yes, I can see you. I do not know how it is so, but it is so," he replied back in the same language. He was as surprised as her, and he felt as if if he were not quite sure how space worked for a moment, like vertigo but spiritual. He put a hand out towards the ground to steady himself.

"Ah...forgive the state of me...I...do not like this...I am not mean to talk to someone outside my...host...this is my fist time being Awake when incarnated and now...now I can not reach my host and yet he is not dead the...way back to the well is still closed...I do not want to...be here...I want to go back into his soul where I belong." The being said and you could feel her distress and unease, a young soul, very young, and very confused she did not know how to deal with what she saw around her.

"I am sorry if my speaking to you is a transgression on my part, I agree it is unusual and the circumstances are terrible. Though you seemed distressed, for good reason and I wanted to...at least acknowledge that." He frowned a little at her telling him she was, essentially, a fledgling avatar if such a comparison could be drawn roughly. "Yes, the gas that is now liquid evicts avatars from their hosts. It is terrible stuff. We are going to remove it form him, perhaps you may find your way back to him then. I do not know what happened to the others that were evicted as you were, or why you are able to be hear near him though - perhaps because it was made liquid and allowed you to come back. Why is the way back to the well closed? Is that a recent occurrence, do you know or due to the fact your host is not deceased?"

// Oooh, thanks! *adds to sheet*
ooc2: And now I want a plushie plant now, a cactus. Makes me wish I got the cactaur stuff when FF10 came out, I got the Moogle one when it came out. Maybe I'll make one. ooc3:Blackadder ftw.

[Adley and Nicole] (Labyrinth, Jeffry's strike team at 3)

He nodded back to the man, he knew it would take a long time to be able to accept that Jace was indeed not going to hurt him and so all he could do for now was get the stuff off of him and get him out of the damned place. The elemental helped with the latter and he tried to keep eye contact with the man so he didn't lose it, though he was not sure if it helped or not. "You are not being harmed, it is air...a spirit friend is removing the liquid, that is all."

Thorn set to work at trying to do what he could to head the unfortunate man as soon as the Umbrood was done getting the liquid of him. The man looked at you and sobbed.
"He takes things and puts things in and it hurts...It was my turn to make dinner, I was going to make mac and cheese...I want to have dinner with my family again, that man is going to hurt us again he is."
He whimpered as Thorn did what he could to ease his suffering.

"Inside you live the fire of rebirth and inher a shard of a beacon of light."
The soul said and looked at you.
"But I did not expect anyone to see me."
Violet reached out to steady you and Darrian swore softly under his breath.
"Are you okey Sodalis it is not the gas is it?"
The achemist asked sounding worried.

"I am sorry if my speaking to you is a transgression on my part, I agree it is unusual and the circumstances are terrible. Though you seemed distressed, for good reason and I wanted to...at least acknowledge that."

"No the transgression is not yours carriar of the flame of rebirth, it is that man...he touched me, did things to my host that hurt me...hurt my host more and forced me awake when I should not be, the transgression is his, I should not be awake, not yet, not for many incarnations and yet I am and now I do not know...my way."
The being said in Enocian and she seamed quite scared and unsure of how to interact with the world around her as if she was just partly there.

He frowned a little at her telling him she was, essentially, a fledgling avatar if such a comparison could be drawn roughly.

"We never leave we are eternal, we are just forced out of the spirit, we can always feel our host there and always remain by their side, I can feel him but the way back is blocked. I hope you are right carrier of the flame of rebirth that given time I can return, my host need me and I need him, we are meant to walk together for as long as he lives to be not fully a part of him is distressing, and without him I do not even know how to process a feeling like distress, I incarnate to learn without him I just am."
The Avatar said and looked at her host with those strange eyes that where infinitly small and infinitly wast.

Why is the way back to the well closed? Is that a recent occurrence, do you know or due to the fact your host is not deceased?"

"My host have neither died nor transgressed the contracts of his soul, it is not time for me to leave."
She replied.

Able said and grinned.

"One Coffee for the spirit dude." Serge said as he brought the warm Coffee to Mr. Valente. "Hope you like it."

"Spirit dude eh? Well I have been called worse."
The Dreamspeaker said and sipped his coffee.
"It is good, thank you for it and for helping me down the stairs, it was nice of you kid."
He siad and offered a warm smile.

[Dalisse's Chambers, 3 PM]
"I think perhaps the restriction of her magick will be the hardest part, I mean for me giving my Mistress that control is thrilling, but the few times she have restricted it, or when those men put those cuffs on me, that was quite terrifying."
Colin nodded, then frowned, "There are always choices... sometimes, there are just no good choices, only varying degrees of bad ones..."

"I will with my Mistress' premission try to be a friend to her then."
Heather promised and smiled.
He smiled, "I think the poor girl would appreciate that."

He paused ever so briefly, "Ah, it is a comedic television series - covering four miserable members of an equally miserable family over the span of some four hundred and change years during fairly pivotal periods of British history... hum, I suppose they may have novelized the series; they never relied much on the visuals for comedic effect, so it should fathomably translate well to the page... I can look into that for you, if you like - see if I might perhaps lose a copy out there. Unless you can find a working screen and DVD player or somesuch in the rooms of the former residents, of course, in which case i might be able to procure a boxed set of the show?"
He nodded, "Ojan's death was... well, it was not a good way for a man to lie dying; she might be pleased to learn he may reincarnate, at least..."

The poor man seemed as if he were stuck in a loop of what he was last about to do, before...this happened to him. "He is not here, we are taking you to a safer place." All he could do was reaffirm that Jace, that bastard, was not there to hurt him.

"Inside you live the fire of rebirth and inher a shard of a beacon of light." The soul said and looked at you. "But I did not expect anyone to see me."

"That is so," he agreed to the avatar. "I am not sure why I do, but yes those may be why."

Violet reached out to steady you and Darrian swore softly under his breath. "Are you okey Sodalis it is not the gas is it?"
The achemist asked sounding worried.

"I'm okay, it is not the gas," he said as Violet caught his arm. "I'm just...standing in front of that man's avatar, who is quite confused about what is happening...and I can see her, she is dazzling."

"We never leave we are eternal, we are just forced out of the spirit, we can always feel our host there and always remain by their side, I can feel him but the way back is blocked. The Avatar said and looked at her host with those strange eyes that where infinitly small and infinitly wast.

"I see. Yes, it is distressing, it seems likely it is this horrible, unnatural gas that was made liquid is responsible. Let us try to get it off of him, my friend the elemental will breeze the liquid from him, please take care as we do, we do not wish you harmed further."

"My host have neither died nor transgressed the contracts of his soul, it is not time for me to leave."
She replied.

"Very well, let us try to get you back where you belong, shall we?" he said to her. He again spoke to Glada, asking her to remove the liquid and beware the fledge avatar as she goes along.

'Got nothing against "girly stuff".' Nicole replied, giving a little grunt as she battled an over-tightened bolt. 'Just she had a picture in her head which was pure 50's. Kept going on and on about how I should become a nurse or a secretary, marry the boss and babies ever after. Grandma was even worse.' ending with a mixture of a derisive snort and grunt.

[Colin] (Speaking with Dalisse at the Labyrinth 3 in the afternoon.)

Colin nodded, then frowned, "There are always choices... sometimes, there are just no good choices, only varying degrees of bad ones..."

Heather sigh and nodded.
"You are right Sir there are always choices, then again sometimes one of those choices are so horrible it is not really a choice at all."

He smiled, "I think the poor girl would appreciate that."

The young Cultist gave a bit of a smile at that.

Unless you can find a working screen and DVD player or somesuch in the rooms of the former residents, of course, in which case i might be able to procure a boxed set of the show?"

"I see, well that do sound to be amusing. I will have to take you up on that offer Colin, books are preferable but I am sure I can find a screen and a DVD player somewhere on the ship so getting it as moving pictures are also an option."
The old Handler said and smiled.

He nodded, "Ojan's death was... well, it was not a good way for a man to lie dying; she might be pleased to learn he may reincarnate, at least..."

"Sepsis after being shot? No that is not a good way to die, there are worse ways but yes it is not good and I do suspect Lady Larson might be please to hear that Prelatus Ojan will reincarnate even if I suspect she herself will not be allowed to."

[Adley and Nicole] (Labyrinth, Jeffry's strike team at 3)

The poor man seemed as if he were stuck in a loop of what he was last about to do, before...this happened to him. "He is not here, we are taking you to a safer place." All he could do was reaffirm that Jace, that bastard, was not there to hurt him.

"H...he will come back and he will be angry...that the experiments hae been interupted...he will be angry...please don't let him cut into my brain!"
The man wept helplessly.
"He said that if I did not cooperate he would call...the slaver back, have that woman kidnap my little girl and my wife...use them for experiments as well...please...I was going to cook them dinner mac and cheese...he will come back he will hurt me!"
The man wimpered he was beside himself with fear.

"That is so," he agreed to the avatar. "I am not sure why I do, but yes those may be why."

"The becon will guide men and souls, he is the Hermit...and an ecco of guides long past."
The Avatar said softly.

"I'm okay, it is not the gas," he said as Violet caught his arm. "I'm just...standing in front of that man's avatar, who is quite confused about what is happening...and I can see her, she is dazzling."

"That is good Sir, you had us worried...but I see nothing."
Violet said sounding confused.
"An Avatar...that is...incredible...how do she look...what are she saying?"
Darrian said now more animated than the somewhat sedate Solificato had been since you had known him.
"How...glorious!"
He said sounding just a tad bit jealous you got to see the Avatar and not him.
"Are you sure you are okey Sodalis?"

He frowned. "I see. That is terrible...we will try to help you both, and if we cannot right now, we will try to find someone who may be able to help you."

"My host will need a teacher that is patient and kind, my unnatural Awakening have left my connection to the pool of Quintessence week, I can guide him but magick will not come to him easily, his instructor must be willing to let him work through his trauma, and give him the time to grow and learn at his own pace."
The Avatar said and glanced at you with those wonderous eyes of hers.

"I see. Yes, it is distressing, it seems likely it is this horrible, unnatural gas that was made liquid is responsible. Let us try to get it off of him, my friend the elemental will breeze the liquid from him, please take care as we do, we do not wish you harmed further."

"It can not harm me only push me out of my host. Yes I see the elemental, beautiful creature"
Was all the Avatar had to say about it though she did not seam pleased about the gas.

"Very well, let us try to get you back where you belong, shall we?" he said to her. He again spoke to Glada, asking her to remove the liquid and beware the fledge avatar as she goes along.

"That would be a boon carrier of the Flame of Rebirth, while I should not be Awake, not that I am my host need my guidence."
The Avatar said. Glada looked confused.
"I hear another on of that which I can not touch, I hear it sing, but I can not see it."
She said as she and the Avatar would exist on very different planes, the elemental did softly blow the liquid of the newly Awakened mage as well though, the same way she had done with the two others.

[Serge] (In the make shift infirmary at 3 in the afternoon.)

"No problem. I like to help out." Serge said with a smile. "Is their anything else you need?" If not I should probably head back upstairs and see if their's anything else I can do to help out."

"It is a good quality to want to help others Mr Yager."
Able said and smiled approvingly then he shook his head.
"I have everything that I need, thank you again and I will not keep you, go and see if you can be of more help to those who are far less fortunate then me, my injuries are minor."
He said with another smile.

Heather sigh and nodded.
"You are right Sir there are always choices, then again sometimes one of those choices are so horrible it is not really a choice at all."
Colin frowned, "Let the villain escape, or let the hostage die... some times, the unpalatable alternatives are all too clear..."

"I see, well that do sound to be amusing. I will have to take you up on that offer Colin, books are preferable but I am sure I can find a screen and a DVD player somewhere on the ship so getting it as moving pictures are also an option."
The old Handler said and smiled.
Colin smiled, "I shall see what I can do. For that matter, I suppose it is possible someone here has the series on disc already, but that would be difficult, if not impossible, to determine in the time we have left here."

"Sepsis after being shot? No that is not a good way to die, there are worse ways but yes it is not good and I do suspect Lady Larson might be please to hear that Prelatus Ojan will reincarnate even if I suspect she herself will not be allowed to."
He nodded, "A small relief for the condemned... Hum, that's right, before I leave, I must sort out a little something... Security Chief's orders."
He rummaged through his pockets, "Let me see, did I have any of the dirty Tass left at all?"

"No, he's been captured..." The slaver. Well, that was another person on the shit list...she was powerful though and tricky. They'd have to evacuate his family perhaps as well, which was also tricky. The poor guy just wanted to cook mac and cheese for his family. Jesus. "We will help you..."

"The becon will guide men and souls, he is the Hermit...and an ecco of guides long past."
The Avatar said softly.

He tilted his head at the avatar. Beacon. Lantern, or torch...as Bee had described him...that did make a sort of sense. "The echo of the ones that helped avatars find their hosts?"

"She is young and confused and that damned man awakened her before she was ready. Now he has awakened under these conditions and now they are both traumatized, separated from one another. She wants to go home and is concerned for her host...yes, I am alright. But we should try to help them."

"My host will need a teacher that is patient and kind, my unnatural Awakening have left my connection to the pool of Quintessence week, I can guide him but magick will not come to him easily, his instructor must be willing to let him work through his trauma, and give him the time to grow and learn at his own pace."

He nodded. "First, we will get him some medical care and then when he is stable we can work on the other aftercare from what has happened and will see if we can find someone as you recommend."

"It can not harm me only push me out of my host. Yes I see the elemental, beautiful creature" Was all the Avatar had to say about it though she did not seam pleased about the gas.

"That is good to know, that at least you were not harmed, it is still terrible enough, what it does.We don't know much about it, and have been erring on the side of caution."

"That would be a boon carrier of the Flame of Rebirth, while I should not be Awake, not that I am my host need my guidence."
The Avatar said.

Glada looked confused. "I hear another on of that which I can not touch, I hear it sing, but I can not see it." She said as she and the Avatar would exist on very different planes, the elemental did softly blow the liquid of the newly Awakened mage as well though, the same way she had done with the two others.

"That which cannot be touch and should be with this one here is watching us and speaking with me. She wishes to go back to her host. Hopefully, ridding him of this liquid will aid in that," he said to Glada.
